DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of shoes from them the 2nd of April and received them Aug 2nd only after ten emails and several threats. The shoes are cheaply made and are designed poorly. Don't waist your time and money.

Pearlfeet doesn't even deserve one star. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company and their products. It took 10 weeks to receive my order. The sizing is way off, size 15 on their scale is like a size 11 US. The product is absolute garbage. Cool looking designs are made out of weird synthetic smelling materials. They dance around every lame excuse in the book, take 3 weeks to reply to simple requests for returns, require you to send pictures of product and then in today's email ask me to settle for 20% refund on shoes I can't even get my foot in... unbelievable.

Really good looking website and delivery claimed to take up to 20 days. No where does it admit to being in China.

Took just over 2 months. At one point they said they were in the UK waiting for distribution. That meant they had been in the UK for 3 weeks at that point. I gave them an ultimatum of deliver by X or I would demand a refund. Also threatened them with Section 75 action. Today the shoes arrived.

The shoes are the poorest quality I have ever seen. Soles are cheap moulded plastic and the uppers little better. Nasty plactic/chemical smell. Slightly small too.

Read all the reviews here and don't waste your money.

For great shoes at great prices and quick delivery try Cotton Traders in the UK. Just bought 2 pair and they are both great.

Thank You so much for our timely order, we received our 4 pairs of shoes on time, one of the shoes not that much, we send it back to the same address with complain, they immediately send it back to us and refund the money.

I wouldn't give them even 1. Cannot believe I fell for this bs! Now that I read this about them what a scam. Write to them and get the same cursory bs in reply. Ok make the power of social media work against these scam scum.

ordered June 29th arrived July 24th. Not so much annoyed with the delivery but the 2 pair of shoes, Men's Leather Loafers and Men's Mesh lace up Hiking shoes were both of terrible quality. No arch support to speak of and felt like i was walking on stones.
What's even worse now is dealing with these Aholes for a refund. They initially wanted to negotiate a discount on another pair (duh! these suck!) and eventually warn you sending them back to China is no guarantee they will receive them; Never again.

Took almost three months to receive my order. Tried cancelling multiple of times prior to delivery but customer service was of no help. Now I have the shoes and quality is terrible and not true to size. The one pair is not even what I ordered. Trying to start a return but nobody will respond to my emails. STAY CLEAR PEOPLE!

NEVER AGAIN -
After a long conversation 10 emails (!) I am still NOT HAVING 4 pairs of shoes SINCE APRIL.
I wonder how the company is thinking to solve this problem in order to save its "reliability"...

Took four months to receive the junk they call shoes and they don't come close to fitting. Poorly made, slow delivery, no communication, rotten product. Save your money; there is a reason the product is cheap!

I ordered a pair of leather shoes and waited. And waited. Read the reviews and figured I'd been scammed. Got the annoying texts from the company and was SURE I'd been scammed. Put it out of my mind. Then a FULL FIVE MONTHS LATER, my leather moccasins arrived in the mail. They looked kind of cool. They fit well. They were really comfortable. So, all in all, I was pleased with the product but NOT pleased with cellphone advertisement texts and NOT pleased with the length of time it took to get the shoes. Caveat emptor.

Ordered and paid 1st. June. E-mailed - no response. Placed PayPal claim and suddenly got a response. Lordy, Lordy shoes arrived 4 days later (via Belarus) on 4th August.

NO HURRAYS - shoes were too small even though they were marked with the size I ordered.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my 70 year life!

Now 19th August -

1) these Pearlfeet clowns want me to ship the shoes back to them in China (from the UK) AT MY EXPENSE even though the stated size is smaller than any other shoes I have bought in that size. They also stated in the ad that these shoes are made of leather when in fact they are synthetic POLYURETHANE LEATHER!

2) PayPal have been as useful as a one legged man in an airse kicking contest by siding with these charlatans!!!! No customer protection whatsoever!

All future shoe purchases will be done by me, in person, in store.

These people are the worst. Do not waste your money. Both quality and service and sizing the worst. Shoes did not fit tried to return. They said i would have to return them to china at my expense. I live in California.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on May 18 nothing but excuses from pearl feet.mainly COVID 19 slowing process got shoes on August 04. How about that for slow delivery. Look O.K but quality not very good.WILL never use them again.

I only wish I had read this before I purchased. Been waiting two months now for my parcel. I get the same reply each email. They claim the package has been with Royal Mail for a month but this is a lie.

I have notified Paypal and hope to get a refund.

They are thieves.

I ordered shoes on April 29, 2020. Did not receive them until July 11, 2020. Pearlfeet/PEARLGO didn’t respond to my numerous emails to cancel my order and refund my money. After the shoes arrived they did not fit and I tried to return them, sending a photo of the shoes as they requested. Again, they did not respond !!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in May 2020. Shoes arrived in July. Okay, I can accept that the global pandemic could delay their shipping. Unfortunately, I only received one pair of shoes and they were the wrong size. Sent an email to Pearlfeet to let them know. Their response was to have me send a picture of the shoes showing the wrong size on the tongue. I did that. Their response was to offer me a 20% refund and I get to keep the shoes. Their other suggestion was to ship the shoes back to China on my dime. They didn't say whether they would ship me new shoes or not. Chalk this up to a lesson learned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It took over 2.5 months to receive a pair a shoes and when they came in they were dry rotted. They refuse to give me a refund. I only gave them one star b/c I had to. I am very unhappy with this company.

Terrible experience.

Fancy website - loads of promotional emails. 3 months before the shoes were delivered after many emails.

Could not even fit my foot into the shoe. Wrong size - off by many sizes.

Shoes smell toxic. Imagine it could be dangerous to wear with the toxins being absorbed through the skin.

Faux leather.

Not worth claiming a refund or return.

Please do not buy from this Chinese company !!!!!

Absolute Rubbish.
Having not received the shoes I took the issue to PayPal and they refunded my money. After ten weeks a pair of the worst shoes I have ever seen arrived. Insoles cheap and loose, porr quality leather.. If it is leather. Cheap and shoddy construction. Today they have E mailed me asking for payment. I will return the shoes if the send me a label. I would not even try them on they are So bad
