The manoeuvre bibshorts themselves are great: loads of pockets, excellent strap arrangement and very comfortable chamois (did 50 miles straight out of the packet with no issues). However, the main reason for the 5 stars is the customer service. Had a slight issue with a courier service whose previous name rhymes with an STI and Pearson were straight on it. They were easy to contact and kept in touch. Couldn't have been better to deal with 👍🏻.

I thought I would wait til I had actually tested out the new Pearson Forge road bike before writing down my experience.

I have known the Guy and Will at Pearsons for many years now but I had not bought my latest bikes from them. I live in France so there are complexities to just popping over to purchase. I mentioned to Will that I was looking to purchase another bike and we started talking about their new Forge. As always his professionalism and knowledge of the market is second to none and offered great advice on what I was looking for. The new Forge on paper did appear to meet my requirements.

We spent the next month discussing the spec and finally I agreed to purchase.

I flew back to London and spent the morning having a bike fit and adjusting parts so that I felt comfortable. The team on hand are superb and there was no rush to push me out the door. Items were changed, brackets adjusted until I was 100% happy.

The bike has now been well tested in Mallorca including the 312 and this last weekend at Ironman Venice 70.3. I have to say the bike runs like a dream! Yes, I did spec dura race and the Enve 4.5 wheels but the bike is a fabulous achievement of speed and comfort.

Well done boys you have surpassed yourselves on this one and it is good to see that 20 years since we first met your attention to detail and professionalism is still top off the scale!

I can 100% recommend if you are thinking of purchasing a bike then you should at least have a chat to the Pearson brothers.

I recently purchased the Pearson Forge and can’t rate it highly enough. The Forge is the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden as well as being fast and fun. The customer experience was also excellent: Nas is a highly knowledgeable bike fitter and was more than happy to make a number of small changes to the bike post-fit until I was 100% satisfied. A very different experience to other bike shops I have encountered in the past, where sales people rapidly lose interest after making the sale. It is also great that Pearson remains family-run with an impressive heritage (being the oldest bike shop in the world!)

Having now taken ownership of a third Magical Pearson bike I thought it time to say thank you and well done to team Pearson. It’s an excellent product, with fantastic people and a deep level of knowledge and service that is unrivalled. Well done Will, Guy and team Pearson.

Nas took the time to explain different aspects of the bike fit, listened to my questions, and provided detailed information on various aspects of the bike fit. He also answered questions unrelated to the fitting service and was very helpful throughout.
Always received top service from Pearson and long may it continue.
This is why I keep going back.

Light, well balanced, responsive and quick acceleration it felt like an ‘extension of me’ - so comfortable great brakes and gearing with only 25% battery used on a very hilly 25 km Black Mountains ride in Wales - the perfect bike for keeping pace with a fitter or more experienced biking partner

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Pearson for another great experience. This is the second bike I have purchased from them and I would highly recommend them. Guy was super helpful regarding the appropriate bike to choose having listened carefully to my requirements. He also helped me trade my previous frame. Nas had great advice regarding the bike fit and set up and the bike feels perfect to ride as a result. Wilf as always, has been swift to reply regarding servicing and bike check after I managed to fall off and managed to fit me in to his super busy schedule at short notice. In the market for a new bike and looking at all possible options. I haven't bought from Pearson but have been to there shop to see there latest cycle the Pearson forge and I must say the build quality is exceptional coupled with the excellent customer service which I believe is possibly the best I have ever received.
Will surely be opting to get my new bike from Pearson.

Ordered two base layers for the trip to Majorca and they are amazing kept dry from sweating doing Sa calobra and formentor in 25degrees heat here in Majorca
Really good quality a quick wash and they dry quick ready for next day
