So this is an update from me moving in…

So this is an update from me moving in in June. I've called the office about a couple little repairs and emailed pictures as requested. They got back in touch within a day, the repairs were completed 2 days later. Lois, you're a gem!

The staff were not very approachable…

The staff were not very approachable and seemed unwilling to engage when I had questions. Their attitude came across as dismissive, making it difficult to communicate or feel heard.

On 22nd of may I went to view a…

On 22nd of may I went to view a property to rent with Pearson Ferrier which I liked . I got my shop agent to make a offer on the shop offering the full passing rent and telling them of my Buisness of having 20 shops and a £1000000 turnover and showing accounts off nearly a £100000 in profit so I was a good Tennant for the premises after 3 weeks of not hearing anything which I found strange I spoke to Stuart the owner and he said that they had gone with some one else to which I said did u even send my accounts to which he said no .the reason he didn’t was I was purchasing a expensive property months before and after having the survey we decided to pull out which annoyed Stuart as he said lost his commission so hence had a grudge against me so in this case I found Pearson Ferrier not an honest estate agent and shall not be using them or recommending them to any one

Very good service

Very good team. Nyreen was really helpful during a lengthy purchase of a flat that involved complications because of solicitors and a leasehold extension.

A great company

We recently ended our tenancy with Pearson Ferrier after 6 years.
Throughout that time the company have been fantastic. Any problems we had they were quick to act and rectify. They always managed our expectations and we were never left waiting long for repairs.
2 days after ending our tenancy they released our bond in full.

Had this bad luck buying flat…

Had this bad luck buying flat advertised by this branch. Had my first viewing with employee Olivier who came out later provided lots of incorrect information regarding this flat, in the middle of buying process he left company and Iain took over- really disappointing experience, very unpleasant. I you can avoid this branch- so many much better companies out there.

Pearson Ferrier Bolton - very poor service for landlords

I have a property in Bolton which is fully managed by Pearson Ferrier (Bolton branch). In February, the immersion heater was replaced. The rent due covered the quoted cost with a small remainder due to me. To add to this, I still haven’t received the April rent and have had no contact to advise me why. I have called the branch 8 times since February 20th, sent 8 emails, with no response to any of them. When you call you get through to a messaging service who promise someone will get back to you - but nobody does. How does a company in the service industry survive when providing a ‘service’ of this standard?

Bajanin I am very sorry for your issues with the Bolton Office of Pearson Ferrier, this office has traded under a licence to use our brand for a number of years, initially with brief success but we have at great legal expense taken over 9 months for this business trading as A&K Property Solutions to cease and desist from using our brand this was sanctioned legally over 3 months ago you should have been contacted by Omar immediately perhaps make contact with his solicitors Commercial@silverdalelaw.co.uk

Chris and his team in Ramsbottom

This is the second time I have used Chris and his team in Ramsbottom to find tenants to rent my house in Ramsbottom.
I cannot recommend them enough. Both times he has been amazing and I have not had to stress about anything. Everything was handled professionally and quickly, which has been very much appreciated.

Lack of communication throughout the…

Lack of communication throughout the whole place. I got told by the Estate agent who manages my house that I could do a “day rate” to stay one extra day at the end of the tenancy but they didn’t communicate with the owner of the house (who’s details I never got) now the Owner of the house wants to take ME to court for not being out on my tenancy end date. They have not communicated with anybody and of course have not took any responsibility what so ever, even all what’s app messages are clearly to them. They wouldn’t communicate with the landlord due to them saying she was “aggressive” towards them through out the whole tenancy. Would not recommend what so ever they cause more mental health than it’s even worth ! Go elsewhere and get a proper management of your home and have peace of mind that they are giving you correct information and not costing you more money in court because they can’t be bothered to communicate with the OWNER of the house, it’s like they don’t have a clue what they are doing. They don’t fix stuff in the property but are on you like a rash if you have not paid rent by 12 the day it’s due ! Some may call them money grabbers…….the house was handed over to us in a absolute state and we left it in a tidy manor and even fixed stuff in the house (at our own cost) because they are not worth even asking to do a fixtures to the property. The whole house was false advertised to us as well as we was promised appliances will be left for us…..on the day of moving in the house was emptied and again cost us almost £1000 more in having to provide all appliances due to again LACK OF COMMUNICATION. What we got told after making all of this known was that the owner of this branch isn’t interested. But what else could you expect from this place?

I believe there has been some dialogue with our Bury office, their response is as follows;
We feel it is necessary to respond your review. Although we do not feel that this is the appropriate platform for ‘tit-for-tat’ rebuttals, we very much disagree with your remarks and we have significant evidence to counter the points you have outlined in your review. Since your departure from the property, the property has not been able to be re-let due to the condition in which it was left. In every case, there are always two sides to every story - we are a managing agent and always follow the legal processes that are in place, which serve to protect both landlord and tenant.

Strongly recommend!

Zaini, Zac and the Pearson Ferrier team have been great! I recently purchased a property from them and they've been extremely helpful throughout the process from the conveyancing through to completion.

Absolutely disgusting customer service in Bolton…

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the Bolton branch! My window has been smashed by some random person waking past with a beer bottle, spoke to bolton who said they was speaking to the Lanlord, have since stopped responding to my emails now for nearly a week and I still have a smashed window, it’s freezing cold and they are completely ignoring my emails, you call and you don’t get through to the office it’s a company taking details for them to call you back which they don’t! No idea what my options are other than to go to trading standards, also have issues with damp spoke to the office on the 19th September by email still waiting on someone being sent to sort it out, lived in the property 5 years never been late with my rent and paid over £30,000 in rent

Chris Ramsbottom branch

Chris from Ramsbottom branch came to view my property to rent out.
He said it would be rented out within 4-6 weeks even with my demanding wish list ( didn’t believe him)
But sure enough it was and they had move in
He kept me up to date with emails and returned calls .
Would definitely use and recommend

Pearson Ferrier Cheetham Hill

I recently sold a property in Cheetham Hill and was extremely pleased with the service I received from Pearson Ferrier.
The property was sold quickly and a good price negotiated. Communication was excellent throughout and staff were attentive and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent, if you choose them you will be in good hands.

Shocking service from beginning to end

Shocking service from beginning to end! From the initial valuation conducted by two unprofessional giggly girls (not wearing PPE) to arriving to conduct our one and only viewing 10 minutes late to the total lack of communication and marketing activity on our property, I cannot say how disappointed we were with our decision to appoint these agents to market our property. I would never use these agents again or recommend others to do so!

Very bad letting team they treat…

Very bad letting team they treat everyone differently i have applied application for house weeks before anyone applied even spoke with house owner he agreed but letting team didn't send my name they probably forgot, avoid them!
