Again and again...

Starting the review I got the question 'What went wrong this time?'
That sums it up... Again and again...

How come you send a notification for delivery 10 minutes in advance of the actual delivery???
This creates only more waiting time, bad communication and even more annoyance with people of the phone who are (or feel) not responbile at all... They just don't care it seems...
How do they expect someone to be at home when this is communicated so late??

This situation is absolutely…

This situation is absolutely unacceptable.
You have had my package since December 27, 2025. It is now January 14, 2026, and the delivery date keeps being pushed back with zero proactive communication from your side. No updates, no explanations, nothing.
Because the package is still marked as “coming,” I am being denied a refund. This leaves me in an unreasonable position: I have neither received my package nor my money. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.
I am no longer willing to wait indefinitely. I expect immediate action—either deliver my package without further delay or issue a full refund immediately with the company.

Too long of a wait.

Had been waiting days for them to deliver. For 4 days it said that the package will be delivered at january 9th, even when it was past that day still no status update. They have my package at their hub for already 5 days, still no delivery. Got rescheduled on another day 3 times!

Awful

Please, whenever you are able to choose which carrier delivers your package, choose anything besides this awful company. 8 days late, no phone number, useless delivery window, and now also claiming I wasn't home. Yeah, never again...

They say a package is delivered when it’s not. There wasn’t even an attempt to deliver it. Customer support helpful but slow to respond.

Trash

Vinted uses this service. They lost 3 packages in 1 month. No respons on the mail, only that i need to ask neighbors. When being told that they dont have it, radio silence

Customer service doesn't exist, nor does delivery.

Customer service doesn't exist. Delivery dates change because of 'unforeseen circumstances'. Even have looked at a delivery guy on my live security camera, looking for 'a' package for 5 minutes-> then I get an e-mail that my package couldn't be delivered, because I wasn't home and no neighbors available... I was frikking looking at him on my security camera screen, he never went away from his bike, just rode off into the sunset... With my package, which was delivered 4 days later?!?
Packages are left in front of the door, where everyone can steal it! The worst company ever! Should go bankrupt as soon as possible!

Worst Delivery Service Ever – Parcel Marked Delivered But Never Arrived

Peddler marked my parcel as “delivered” on Dec 15, but I was home all day. No knock, no parcel, nothing in the mailbox or with neighbors.
Before that: first attempt failed with “wrong address” (false), then delivery was canceled and rescheduled without notice.
No phone support, no real help – only a useless chatbot. After 24+ hours, still no any responses.
This is the worst courier experience I’ve ever had. Avoid Peddler at all costs.

Package lost, no investigation done by Peddler

Package went out for delivery but got rescheduled for 5 December. That was the last update. Asked the helpdesk via mail if they knew when my package would be delivered. 7(!) minutes later I got a mail back that they did a FULL(!) inquiry with the delivery hub, the couriers and they were unable to find the package.

Peddler is a cancerous company

Peddler is genuinely a delivery service from my nightmares. If I ever develop brain cancer, dealing with this company will be the sole reason. It is by far the worst delivery service I have ever encountered.

Unfortunately, when ordering from AliExpress, you don’t get to choose the courier - so you’re forced to deal with these people. They don’t actually attempt delivery at all. You get a notification saying your package is “out for delivery,” you rearrange your day to be home, and then suddenly - three days in a row - you’re told that no one was home (false), the address was wrong (false), or there were “unforeseen circumstances.”

My current package (NLEXP0021806010INTPED) is a tragicomedy. I’m leaving the tracking number here so everyone can see how long it takes to arrive - or, more likely, how it gets returned to the sender like previous packages. It has supposedly been “out for delivery” for over 24 hours now. On Friday, no one even came near my apartment door. I know this for a fact because I have an Amazon Ring camera.

If you ever have the option to choose your delivery service, save your sanity and do not pick this one.

For the first time i have found a…

For the first time i have found a courier tha makes it easy to contact the customer service and they have been quickly reactive. In the end i discovered that there had not even been a problem and i found the package to deliver but still they behavied supportively.
