How difficult can it be....
Already for eight days they are trying to deliver a package at our company. 5 attempts registered. Either they can not find the address or they say nobody is there. There's 900 people working their so I guess someone could accept the package. That is, if you try not to deliver after working hours or in the weekend...

WORST DELIVERY COURIER EVER. If I could give 0 star, I would.
Peddler makes me appreciate PostNL, DHL, UPS and DPD even more now. Because Peddler is 100% the worst of the worst. I had no less that 20 packages delivered by Peddler (ordered from Aliexpress). And every single time, EVERY SINGLE TIME, they were delivered by Peddler. I wish I could choose a different courier, even if it means I have to pay more shipping.
First of all, they NEVER able to deliver my packages on first attempt out of those 20+ times. ALWAYS on the 3rd attempt. First few attempts were always “failed” due to various reason given by them. Sometimes it says “unforeseen circumstances”, sometimes says “address could not be found”, sometimes say “ Missing details or incorrect address”. HOW? They have been delivered packages to my address for 20+ times and they still put “incorrect address” or “address could mot be found” for a failed attempt??!?! My address is CORRECT and is the same all the time. C’mon. At this rate that was probably just an excuse as they gave too many packages for a shipper to ship and they could never finish their quota of the day on a “sustainable bike” they promote 😀
Completely waste of my time for the days I tried to arrange someone or myself home to get the package and all my frustration and packages delay!
And oh lord the customer service is very slow and difficult to reach. You can only reach out per email and could never have live time support from them.
And no option to pick it up at a pickup point. JUST OPEN A PICK UP POINT BRUH. If you cannot deliver our packages.
Anyways. Given a choice I WOULD NEVER USE PEDDLER. I always got forced to use it and I hate it. I wish I could pay extra shipping fees just to choose PostNL or DHL because lord Peddler, they are literally the worst shipping courier ever in history. Could you believe 20+ times they failed to deliver my oackage on the first attempt. At least I guess i can give them the “Consistent Failed Deliver Attempts Award” because they never fail to waste my time and deliver bad service.

Contacting Peddler is a pain.
Peddler is a perfect example, how a delivery company should not work. No phone number, no contact, nothing.
Second time they could not able to deliver my parcel. 4th day they can't deliver my gift for SinterKlaas.

THE MOST AWFULL delivery company ever!! I get a message ON THE day of delivery that they will deliver between 9am-9pm!!! I was at work and found out that the delivery address was wrong. So I contacted customer support 6 times! They said the address would be changed. Still They shipped my parcel back to China. Happy Christmas with no gifts! This company has awfull Chatbot customer support.
Aliexpress deliveries
I usually received my Aliexpress deliveries from then, 2-5/month. Peddler is very fast, reliable and I like very much!
Also always received fast and good support, whenever needed.
Don’t choose this delevery service
The first time I delivered, I was home, but they said I wasn't. The second and third attempts were at 11 a.m., and no one was home. After that, the package was sent back to China. They have no place to pick up packages, and they only come at inconvenient times. Don't choose this delivery service.
Lying about package delivered.
My package have been "waiting for scheduled delivery" for 20 days.
When I told them I will make a claim with the sender, they immediately moved the status of the package to "Delivered".
Of course, not delivered anywhere; checked neighbor, mailbox, building caretaker, local AH, Jumbo and Hoogvliet. Nothing.
Bad customer support as well with automated answers.

I ordered an item on Vinted and it was shipped via Peddler. Peddler emailed me saying the package was delivered to my home address — but I never received anything. Because they marked it as “delivered,” the transaction was automatically completed, which means I still have to pay.
I even paid extra for home delivery instead of a pick-up point, and I still ended up with nothing. Luckily it wasn’t an expensive item, but I’m now out the money for both the product and the shipping. Really frustrating and unacceptable!!!
Terrible Service
A week ago I received some one else's package because Peddler put my package's barcode over some one else's package. So my package showed delivered in their system.
I reached out to them and after a few back and forth they said they found my actual package. So, the package is now to be delivered again. System says there were attempts but the delivery person found the delivery address closed and now the package is being returned to sender. My delivery address is literally a business so open 10 hours a day and I was inside the whole time.
It took 4 days for the package to travel all the way from China to Peddler. It's been 12 days since then and Peddler still could not deliver the package. My hunch is that they lost the package and are creating random excuses to avoid taking responsibility

WORST. DELIVERIES. EVER.
Worst service ever im not even joking they keep delivering my packages to completely random addresses and denying it. They have the scans of where they are delivered but refuse to give it to me and refuse to provide me proof to get the money back from the webshop. Their customer service is next level terrible and similar to aliexpress where they just constantly loop you around instead of helping and saying its been delivered correctly even when other people have received this and confirmed it. So not ever us this service if u need actual proper delivery.
Besides delivering wrong they refuse to admit it or give a statement regarding a wrong delivery so you will not get your money back from the webshop because it seems delivered. Instead their customer service will fight you for weeks or even put the blame on you. Its absolutely absurd.

don’t rely on their estimated time of delivery
stayed home from work for 2 WHOLE DAYS for nothing. parcel never showed up and the delivery date keeps getting moved to a day later, all the while you get notified around 4:30pm. useless company. their communication clearly sucks.

They are lying about deliverd my order so they are so bad in service,and i have camera showeing that they didnt come at my house,also lying that i signed for it maybe it was a spirit because it wasnt me i wanna see the sign,but where and how they are real scammers,i need my packaged thats what i need or say that my packaged is lost and done because in 10 min from on its way to deliverd thats a joke.

If it was possible I would of rate it -5 ⭐ it's the worse of the worst if I could of chose I would never use them.Low quality unreliable service with some false information about for example "you have requested a different delivery time"! They lost my package didn't even know how or where.Provided a proof letter the Ali exp didn't even excepted it.Tottal failure! Don't wort not even a penny! It's a shame some companies are using the low quality service what they provide!

Not very trustworthy
Had to deal with them twice, both times delivery would be between 8:00 and 20:00, that's a timespan of 12 hours, who stays home 12 hours to wait for a parcel. Both times the delivery got cancelled without any valid reason.

Still waiting for my package
Still waiting for my package.. It has been like what? 2/3 hours since I got an E-Mail saying that my package has been delivered "sustainably?" I started to read the reviews, but I'm kinda starting to have my second thoughts on if my package is gonna get delivered or not. I checked my neighbors, they didn't get anything. I checked my front yard, nothing. I checked the mailbox, nothing. It's a small package that can just be slid through the mailbox. I hope that this will arrive ASAP.

I would give a -5 if possible. They have one of the worst services I've ever experienced.
They give wrong customers your package which ends up being stolen by thiefs without confirming if their identity.
They never call the customer to to confirm they are in the building.
They don't acknowledge complaints or queries.
They don't take accountability for their lack of professionalism.
