Do not buy from this company. Having ordered and paid for a coat from them in September, I have still not received it in December.
I have emailed several times (October and November) asking where it is. Their responses have been:
'be patient', 'your parcel is normally on the way to you', 'there is too many parcels ... cannot update'.

I have requested my money back and they have still advised me to 'be patient' and to 'wait... a few more days'.

I paid via PayPal and am now having to go through them to see if they can help either return my funds or get the product.

Had the same experience as every one else. Ordered a coat in Sept, never arrived. Opened a claim with Paypal. They have sent them tracking number which says delivered 7th Oct by Parcelforce, which it wasn't. Total scam, Facebook need to stop advertising for them

Update - got an email from Parcelforce confirming the tracking number provided was NOT delivered to my address but Paypal are still insisting the parcel was delivered and won't refund. Totally hacked off with Paypal, I buy through them because you are supposed to be covered. I even sent them screenshots of the reviews on here and the F/B page set up to offer advise to people conned by this company.
update - after 2 weeks of constantly messaging Paypal they have finally reversed their decision and issued a refund. Don't give up!

Hi guys, I've just recently had the exact same issue with this SCAMMING FRAUDSTERS ordered a jacket in September 2020 and still not received it and your all right PAYPAL waist of time closed the case and denied my refund from the thieving gits from God knows in China or Hong Kong, got fobbed off with countless email replies from them saying they sent to the wrong address, tracking numbers they use are fake but PayPal are thick enough to accept that, what a crock of poo , Anyway best way to get ur refund is contact ur bank and I kid you not I got it back on the first day of my complaint against the seller and pay pal, so avoid them like the plaque, but seriously contact ur bank.

DO NOT GO HERE. Parcel tracking ended after 2 weeks and was not delivered. Tracking number eventually led me to Parcelforce which was for a different name and address. This company start responding the first few emails asking for my details again even though they should have this information. They do not offer refund nor send out replacement. Paypal wont do anything as the transaction was authorised by me and I'm trying to get Facebook to take this site down as a scamming company :(

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND PAYPAL ARE NO BETTER!!!! I ordered a coat back in September and chased the company up as this had not been delivered. Fobbed off with it will be with you soon but here we are at the end of November, no coat and lost £46. PayPal have denied the claim as the fake tracking number says it’s been delivered. I have no idea who the delivery company are to discuss this with. Their website needs taking down to stop more people falling victim - so bloody cross 🤬

Hi, I ordered coat at the beginning of October, but still did not receive my order. I run out of options how to fight with the seller.

So angry with these people. As everyone else paid for a coat beginning of sept ...no coat. Emails back and forwards. They even sent me a tracking code so I could track the parcel. The tracking code said it had been delivered....but not too me another name. Emailed Peekachill again they kept telling me they would let me have another tracking code with parcel. Never happened.
Got Paypal involved waste of time as everyone else. Said Peekachill have shown them Tracking number which says its been delivered!!
Are Peekachill and Paypal in Cahoots?? I wonder.

I'm afraid this has also happened to me and I have also had a dispute closed with Paypal!! I might try and claim through my bank but I am absolutely gutted I got coned by these. That is the reason I pay with Paypal and they were useless as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!!!

Do not use this company, it is a SCAM! Coat ordered in early September, still not arrived in spite of lots of emails and different excuses. Sent tracking number but first of all not recognized then said it was delivered by Yodel which it wasn’t, so said it had gone to wrong address and would be prepared for delivery again. PayPal dismissed dispute so they are also useless. I agree with all the other reviews & wished I’d looked at them before wasting my money which I can’t afford to lose.

Should be able to give 0 starts. Awful, big scam. Paid for a coat over 2 months ago, keep complaining and being fobbed off with rubbish excused about the shipping company. Never gives accurate tracking info and needless to sya no refund. Opened a claim in PayPal, but because they were emailing back the time lapsed and the case closed automatically and now there's no way it can be reopened.

Dreadful company! Scammers. Wish I had read come here before I ordered. Basically, I ordered a coat, it was taking ages to arrive so I emailed the company. They said it was on it’s way and then I emailed them again two weeks later as it still hadn’t arrived! I was given a FAKE tracking number and it said it had been delivered. I opened a dispute on PayPal (who obviously aren’t much better) and it was denied as they said they had been given a tracking number. They should come and see all the comments on this website. I will do my homework next time!

Ive had the same experience, when i told them they had to put a claim forward to China post as it was saying it was delivered when I hadnt receieved it. They sent an email stating they gave me the wrong tracking number, i also looked on the royal mail website and if you follow the button at the bottom it checks it against your postcode. Surprise - stated it was not mine. I gave all the information to paypal and they still sided with the seller. - they gave the same tracking number they had told me on the email was wrong. The only reason i purchased this was because it was through paypal. Lessen learnt, if id have used a credit card i would have got my money back. How mamy times have they used this tracking number! So frigging mad... ordered a coat in October, got email to say its been delivered but received nothing... everytime I email their customer services they say

"so sorry for this case there are some customs problem in the airport
please be patient to wait update
the shipping company will update in time"

but never an update of where my item is, wish I had checked them out first.. so mad!!

Absolutely fuming been waiting since September! Said it was sent to wrong address saying they have sent another still not here !

These guys are scammers!!! They have stolen almost £82 pounds from me am somehow convinced PayPal that even after 2 months they then sent a fake tracking number and simulated that the items were delivered to me when they werent!!! I cant believe how they are still going!!!

SCAM!!! Awful experience. Never delivered coat. They kept advising that the problem was with customs. They then provided a false delivery note to Paypal who when I disputed it decided it wasn’t a valid claim. Dishonest and disreputable. Avoid like the plague!

SCAM ordered a coat in early September, tracking said it was delivered 2 October I didn’t receive it contacted company, allegedly returned by customs, another one supposed to have been dispatched, no tracking provided, multiple emails later demanding a refund they’ve stopped replying. Lesson learnt, buy local!

Like everyone else I have had to accept that my money is wasted now. Shocking company. They clearly don't care about bad reviews and Paypal are less than useless for protection. Don't waste your energy chasing your order.

I have also fallen foul to this “Company”! Rather embarrassingly. Do not bother trying to claim through PayPal - they always side with the Seller as they can provide “tracking” number. I have been in contact with PayPal & they just say to contact the Shipping company??Whoever they are or even exist! I really thought that buyers were protected against this kind of thing. With so many people raising an incident with PayPal there is clearly a common theme of non receipt of orders. Why is their word any more real than ours for not receiving orders? Why is this seller still allowed to trade and be part of PayPal? Why have they not been blocked? Too many incidents to be coincidence! 😡😡
