I ordered a coat 29th September got told it had been delivered but tracking number did not exist they have been sending me replies ever since advising it’s stuck in customs and delayed etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Was scammed by this company. Never got my goods.constant email told lies putting it down to stuck in customs or delivered giving tracking details. Go for charge back on your bank.taken 6weeks at least you can get your money back.

I ordered a coat on 5th Oct. Still haven’t received, asked them for the tracking said the tracking company had problems or getting new tracking system. Still hasn’t heard nothing kept telling me I would get some information soon.
So month or so after I asked again and this time went throughout PayPal. PayPal got my tracking information from them which said it was delivered by Royal Mail on 15th November. Not even had a delivery. So Iv demanded refund which PayPal has approved.
Don’t use them. As much as there stuff looks great. It’s not worth it.

My experience mirrors all I’ve read here. SCAM! Don’t bother even looking at their stock you’ll never get it. Computer just reply’s with same nonsense lies.

Am disgusted by this company. Ordered an item nearly 3 months ago and have been tracking and chasing them regularly. They have replied asking that I am patient and keep tracking!! I tried to make a claim with paypal and they have said case closed as they have sent them proof of delivery but none of this information has been sent to me. I wish I checked reviews on this company before I ordered.

I agree with all the reviews also watch out for Yoursrose it's the same Company I ordered a coat from both of these company’s not realising in July, not received either. I have contacted them and they keep telling me to be patient, it’s stuck in customers or other excuses but after numerous emails still no goods have asked for refund and have been told the items have been despatched but can't give me a tracking number are now not answering my emails We need to get these Companies barred from the Internet please everyone name and shame them

I have also been scammed by this company, I ordered an item in September without checking reviews first, my own fault. I have not received my item even though it says it was delivered on 25.09.20 to a completely different address . I have queried this many times and keep getting fobbed off by the company who refuse to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I've just read most of the review's about this company,and yes I to have been scammed by them, purchased a coat from them on the 21 September and thought it would be safe enough as I was using PayPal, how I was wrong, like many others I've received the updated tracking details that are nothing other than copied crap produced on a scanner's computer. My biggest shock on all the reviews I've read is how are PayPal allowing this company to operate, they have a list of companies that are blacklisted and normally would highlight it to their customers, well I thought they did, but it seems very suspicious this company has been reported to them by myself and many many others but all getting back the same sorry email the product was delivered.( Authorities need to look into this urgently) for PayPal, what can I say, would you stay with a Bank if they let someone come and steal your money.

PayPal wouldn’t refund me either even though I had proof they didn’t deliver to my address!!! It’s not on!!!!

Scam ordered a coat in September tracking number said it had been delivered in a different area. Pay pal will not refund money as tracking number says it was delivered. Do not buy from this site

like everyone else i ordered a coat for my mother on the 12th September got my shipping confirmation along with a tracking number on the 18th September have been emailing them since the 4th October asking where it is and all i'm getting is what seems to be automated responses telling me to 'be patient' that the coat is stuck in customs then the tracking number was incorrect so they are awaiting my new one and will let me know when they receive it. this was 2 months ago i'm emailing them daily and only today was speaking with my bank where they advised me to raise a claim with them with all the evidence of emails, order confirmation, screenshot of funds being taken from paypal and the bank etc. i have also escalted it to a claim with paypal today so am just awaiting replies now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Paid £40 for a coat after reading the fake reviews on their website. Wish I'd checked on Google first. Nothing arrived. Emailed twice and was fobbed off. In the end asked PayPal to intervene to get my money back because they lied and said it had been delivered which it had not. They sent PayPal a fake postage tracker saying it had been delivered (it really hadn't!!) So I'm £40 out of pocket and steaming from the ears. Such a massive scam!!

They are scammers, I checked with Royal Mail who confirmed that the tracking info they had for my parcel did not have my postcode. This suggests that they send your parcel to a postcode address that is not yours, it may not even have had the item in it as they only need to show that they have delivered a parcel. Paypal check the tracking and as it says delivered somewhere, this provides them with evidence that they have delivered a parcel so Paypal say o no refund. They have no telephone number to call the company, no surprise there. They take your money and you have nothing. Their website states you will get a full refund, no questions asked if your parcel has not arrived after 60 days but no response to me quoting this to them. Always do a through check of reviews for a company.

Terrible - do not buy from this company. Item ordered August tracking did not exist. Lots of emails from support no refund no goods. Dreadful

This is a total SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered a coat on the 27th September, immediately after, I saw this site and contacted them to cancel and refund me....they told me it was already dispatched (in 20 minutes, yeah ok!!), I got an 'official' despatch email 2 weeks later. I have been going back the forth with them ever since. They even gave me a tracking number saying it had been delivered, but I called the courier company and they told me the delivery address...and it wasn't mine. Peekachill confirmed after I confronted them, that they gave me the incorrect tracking number and will get mine for me...that was the 27th October!! They have been using delay tactics ever since. Have since put in a dispute with PayPal....who closed the dispute as had been given tracking details confirming delivery. So I called PayPal....and the number they were given was the same incorrect number I was given back in October!!! Can you believe it!! This dispute is continuing, as I won't go down without a fight!! I hope you are reading this PEEKACHILL - I am on to you, THIS IS NOT OVER!!!!!!!!

Same here, ordered coat in September and same infuriating emails giving one excuse after another!! Total scammers!!!!

Wish I'd have looked on here before purchasing a coat in September which still hasn't arrived. Like others I have emailed repeatedly asking for a refund to be told to be patient over and over again which is infuriating! They aren't even bothering to pretend it's on its way now, the last tracking update on 25th oct says the coat was being flown from China. Absolutely disgusted with this scam site and Facebook for allowing them to advertise! Comments on FB had said they did get the coat eventually but you expect to buy a coat in September and actually be able to use it that winter! I passed up on buying another coat on sale as I thought I would give peekachill the benefit of the doubt but now I see they are just a scam site taking people's money. There's £40 I'll never see again but I will be writing bad reviews on every site I can!

Do not buy they are scammers ordered a coat in August never delivered they state was delivered in August give me a tracking number no evidence to say it was delivered then had a email to say they made a mistake in October was sending it out again I never recieved it . I annoyed as I paid with paypal they wouldn't get me a refund despite giving evidence on that they are scammers so list 30 pounds not a great deal of money but it is the principle. They now refusing to answer any emails
