DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE CRIMINALS! I ORDERED A WINTER COAT IN SEPTEMBER AND IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EMAILING THEM FOR A REFUND EITHER, I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR WEEKS, THEY REPLY BUT JUST FOB ME OFF EVERYTIME SAYING MY ORDER IS STILL IN TRANSIT, NEARLY 5 MONTHS LATER! DISGRACEFUL THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TRADING!

Unfortunately, I’ve had a similar experience with PeekaChill and PayPal. I ordered and paid for boots last September. They didn’t turn up, the tracking number was fake - I even had confirmation from Royal Mail that the item hadn’t been delivered. Despite numerous messages etc to PayPal, reporting to the Financial Ombudsman, trading standards, Watchdog etc they wouldn’t refund. So took it to the small claims court - they said the costs would be refunded but I’m still waiting. I’ll be closing my PayPal account once the refund has arrived. Absolutely disgusting service from PayPal. Presumably they make money from these fraudulent transactions.

i have just come on here to again tell people to avoid this scam company PEEKACHILL. they are still operating having closed and reopened. how many times... who knows. You will get charged extra taxes, they will give you a tracking number that exists but it will not be in your name or to you, but PayPal will accept it as proof so you will have no claim against this SCAM COMPANY!!! avoid

This is unrated but have to give 1 star to be able to continue.I ordered a winter coat in October 2020 and still have not arrived. I have contacted them numerous times requesting a refund and they have not. This is not a reputable company DO NOT BUY FRIM PEEKACHILL. They do not want to give refunds.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of boots that never turned up. After chasing they stopped replying to my emails. PayPal didn't want to know because there was a tracking reference even though it didn't end with my address.

Like a vast majority of people who have posted about their experience with this company, I ordered a pair of boots in September and am still waiting for them. I have contacted the company 7 times by email, 4 times asking for a refund. I am now going through paypal to try and get my money back.

same as everyone else. wrong address etc etc. tracking number etc etc a SCAM! PayPal tried to get out of reimbursing me , just saying the co had delivered my item because they provided a tracking number. i went to my post office who had delivered the item. they provided evidence of a delivery to incorrect address (a farm building in the middle of nowhere!) Paypal reimbursed me. BEWARE

Wow! Why oh why didnt I check Trust Pilot before I bought a coat from this company.
Three months has gone by and just told the same thing over and over again.
1. Sent to wrong address being resent.
2. Checking with logistics company.
3. Checking with shipping company.
4. Waiting for tracking.
5. Patience

I am furious with this company and myself for being such an idiot.
I am looking to see if there are any other ways of warning off others as this is just basic stealing.

Please, however whoever is reading this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

Absolute scam. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering a coat. they took my money in October last year and said the coat had been delivered which it obviously has not. they are now ignoring all my emails requesting a refund.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering, totally scammed. Looks like I ordered the same coat as you all, ordered August,2020. Exactly the same communications as previous. Could kick myself, but its taught me a lesson, check everything thoroughly.

I really wish I’d read these reviews before I bought anything. I’ve had exactly the same experience - parcel sent to the wrong address, tracking number that doesn’t exist, endless emails asking me to be patient & wait for an update except now they’re blaming COVID for the lack of progress. I’ve asked for a refund but no joy. I guess I’ll just have to write off the money I spent & chalk it up to experience.

This company is a scam. I recently checked my Visa statements and luckily the money had not been taken. Do not use this company.

I ordered from this company in September as it appeared legit. Ive had the same experience as pretty much everyone else. Constant chasing emails which are replied with 'the shipping company will update' only to be eventually given a tracking number for an item which was allegedly delivered to the wrong address. Its been over 20 weeks now and they have refused a refund and continue to reply to emails saying 'please be patient'. This is not a legitimate company and I am surprised to see it still advertised on Social Media, it needs to be reported as a scam at every opportunity.

Ordered a coat from these people back in August last year, was given a tracking number, which turned out to be false, l keep getting fobbed off with excuses, stuck in customs etc, last contact from them was 23/ 12/20, they will not answer any of my enquiries since, I've asked for a refund

I ordered a Peekachill coat on line via my phone in October. I wish i hadn't. Lots of emails back and forth and it is now January 7th and No Coat.

They always respond with an email very polite saying they are looking into it. There is never an email thread attached to the email. So it is easy to loose the original email and all the correspondence. Luckily I have all the thread details. But I dont think its going to help with getting my money back. I would say that this website is a SCAM. I wonder if there have been any successful purchases from this company.

I have had a similar experience to everyone else with this company. I did not receive the goods that I ordered and was constantly being fobbed off by Kammy. Eventually I raised a claim with Paypal who at first denied it, saying that the seller had provided proof of delivery! The tracking number was not the same as I had been given at the time of purchase and eventually I managed to get tracking details from Royal Mail which showed that a parcel had been delivered to a completely different address. Paypal still would not accept this, until I said I would report them to the financial ombudsman. They have now credited my account as a "gesture of good faith", whilst still saying that they denied my claim. This company are obviously scammers, avoid them at all costs!

This company is a complete scam, do not use them. I placed an order 4 months ago, they keep fobbing me off saying the order is in transit and they have “expedited” it. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Just wish I’d checked with trustpilot before. I won’t make the same mistake again. They rely on their cheap products knowing most people won’t pursue it. If only I knew how to follow it up, I would. Totally disgusted..

If I could give zero I would. Total scam using fake delivery receipts. Do not purchase.

I ordered a coat from this company in May and it still has not arrived. They say its stuck at the airport, in transit, delayed by Covid etc etc. How I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered it. Please DONT buy from this so called company. It is obviously a scam.
