SCAMMERS ...I ordered a coat from this ‘so called’ company in September. The money taken was £8 more than the price advertised, which when I challenged this was told it was tax. A few weeks went by, no coat arrived, I contacted the company who told me ‘to be patient’ several more weeks went by, still no coat, but was told it had been delivered ? I asked for the tracking number, and contacted the courier who told me it had been delivered but not to my address and couldn’t tell me anymore than that because of data protection laws. I raised a dispute with PayPal, after the sellers stopped communicating with me, who found in the sellers favour because the information they had said the parcel had been delivered. To cut a very long story short, and numerous phone calls to PayPal, today I finally received a credit to my PayPal account for the amount I had clearly been scammed out of, probably because they were fed up of hearing from me ? My ongoing concern is how these scammers are still being allowed to fraudulently steal peoples money. I asked PayPal to get their fraud team involved, to put a stop to this fraudulent company, whether this happens, I don’t know, but I hope so. In the meantime PLEASE do not send any money to these low lifes !!!!

It's a scam to take money from you...you don't receive the goods and they don't refund

Wish I had read these before ordering! I did the same, ordered 2 coats in September, chased them constantly and had the same scam emails you all have had, tracking number doesn’t work and keep saying it’s on its way.
How on earth is this ‘company’ still being allowed to do this. I am looking into who to report this to! I paid by my card, has anyone had any luck getting the money back from the bank??

My story is pretty much the same as the others on here. I ordered a coat from them advertised on Facebook, which normally i wouldn't do but because of covid lockdowns it was easier than shopping in a shop!!! That was in September and after me chasing it down with various emails and them responding with every excuse under the sun it's now January and no coat. Eventually today they sent me a link and tracking number to my shipment which I have also checked out on here and surprise surprise the tracking company apparently is also bogus!!! So DO NOT ORDER anything from here EVER. I'm wanting to look into my legal rights now to get my money back and will be posting scathing reviews everywhere i can to share the word that this company are a complete disgraceful rip off!

When challenged tell you been despatched, using the tracking number the information says item delivered.

Do not use this company. It’s a scam. They give a tracking number to PayPal therefore no refund.

Terrible service, I ordered a coat for my daughter 4 months ago and paid for it, but I have never received it. Do not order from these people as they will make excuses about the order in transit "will earge the deliverer " but offer no refund. If I could report them I would.

Wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order.
First coat was delivered somewhere else, said they sent another, but now they're ignoring me.

Many, many communications since ordered in August. No coat no refund!!! These people are thieves!!

My experience is exactly the same, coat ordered September, tracking said delivered when it wasn't, company claim to gave sent another which they haven't and when asked for refund they just say be patient.
Infuriating. Expensive lesson learnt!!!

I ordered a coat for my daughter's birthday in September. I also paid extra to have it expidited. It is now 31st December and I have neither received the item nor have they refunded the money I paid. I have contacted them on numerous occasions plus tried to get PayPal to help sort this out but with no success. At present I am without the goods or the money I paid them. I will never use this company again neither will I use PayPal. I have found them to be a complete waste of time.

Thieves! I'm yet another person to lose my money to these people. I ordered a coat in September, which has never arrived. I emailed them several times and was always fobbed off with 'please be patient', 'don't worry'. The tracking number they gave me never worked. Disgusting!

I've just contacted PayPal about not receiving the coat I ordered in September. Seems like I'm another victim of peek a chill. Hopefully we'll receive a refund. Wish I'd known about trustpilot before I ordered!

Same as everyone else. Getting ignored by the company,not recieved a coat I ordered back in October, said it was delivered by wasn't, asked for refund but getting nothing back now, waste of time and a loss of money. DONT SHOP WITH THEM, they just steal the money. Struggling to get it back.

Bought a coat in October, almost 3 months later I am still trying to get either the coat or my money back!
If you want to lose £50 buy something from theses cowboys, they send you bogus shipping info, which when you open a dispute with PayPal they close your case despite the seller confirming in email the tracking was inaccurate
Don't waste your money or effort, I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering something I'll never receive

Do not buy from this company , paid for coat never arrived , after constant emails they say got sent to wrong address and would resend but I told them just give me refund which was ignored . I contacted PayPal but the company say they had proof it was delivered so PayPal would not refund me . Looking at reviews now it looks like they have conned a lot of people .

Mirroring what everyone else has put. Ordered a coat October. Got tracking and updates..made it look like coat was delivered so complained. Got a message saying address been printed wrong and would send another. Been messaging every week and keep getting same message not to panic and they have chases tracking. Alwaya a reply by a kammy..this has made me so angry
