I made an error on the size of my case order. After emailing them my issue, they immediately cancelled the order for me so that I could fix it. I appreciate the quick response time and it felt like I was communicating with a person rather than a robot.

The customer service rep was helpful and prompt when I asked a question. The cases are beautiful and sturdy!

I paid extra for quick shipping. They shipped it out the same day, but it arrived 7 days after expected. When I let Pela know, they offered a 50% discount code - even though it was the shipper's error, not theirs.

Product is amazing - had a slight issue with one of the many cases we bought for the holidays and when I let them know they addressed it immediately and went above and beyond to make it right. Amazing company

My orders with Pela have always been filled efficiently. Their products are of high quality. I recently had to contact them through email for a customer service matter. They were prompt with their responses and very helpful in making sure I am satisfied.

Amazing customer service. I ordered cases for the wrong phone model. I emailed and got a response within 24 hours over a weekend. My order was cancelled and I immediately ordered the correct cases. I will order again in part because of this fantastic response and friendly communication. Love it.

I noticed that the address attached to my credit card via the payment platform was an old address that I had moved out of several months ago. Pela's staff responded promptly to my email regarding the shipping address. I really appreciate the speedy service!

I have 2 other Pela cases, and bought them for ecological reasons. I do like the raised edges to protect the screen. This day, I was just browsing, and was ready to give up when I saw turtles. They jumped up, grabbed me by the neck and screamed buy me, buy me.

I love their cases. So, wheni got a new phone, I wanted a new case. So much to choose from! But I went to the wrong country site, accidentally ordered it in both countries. I reached out to fix the problem, and the solved it likedy split. I always recommend them, they are simply the best.

The case fits great and the phone doesn't overheat. Its grippy but not sticky on the hands. Overall its a good product. The only dowside I have experience is that in both of the two cases i bought from them the designs are crooked enough to be noticeable from afar. I am all for ecological protection but when you buy a case thats around 60 dollars each you expect better quality. I was quite saddened when I noticed it when opening my package. I still use it because i don't like to create waste for esthetics.

I love this Canadian Company!! Great selection and fabulous customer service. I had an issue on my end to receive the parcel, but had nothing to do with Pela. When I contacted Pela, they offered me a solution. Great to work with !!
