I have used Pellpax now for several…

I have used Pellpax now for several orders,the most recent for a PPKs. Each and every transaction has been straight forward and communication from Pellpax has been quick and correct regarding delivery and times have been exact. It takes a while to get through on the phone but each time my query has been sorted quickly and professionally by members of staff there. Also like to mention the delivery service and staff who are always helpful and pleasant.
Many thanks for the service you provide and I shall continue to use them for my supplies.

I have used pellpax several times as their delivery service is excellent always on time given one air gun developed a faulty cocking mechanism 8 months from purchase, they picked up within a week and a short time after supplied a brand new gun.
They are honest, fair helpful

Awful customer service

ILead times are awful, brought a Reximex leiva which was in stock and still took over a week till ready to collect, waiting for another gun to come into stock, tried phoning to see when it will arrive but doesn't answer the phone, will respond to emails, however they will keep telling you it will arrive this week until you get an email saying that it will be another 6 weeks at least. Taking my business elsewhere.

Your Reximex Leiva was ordered on Sunday afternoon and was prepared and made available for collection by Wednesday. This is within our standard processing time for in-stock items, which are typically checked, prepared, and made ready within a few working days.

Regarding your pre-order for the AP900, this was placed in early March. However, this particular item was part of a nationwide backorder dating back to November, and the supplier did not receive enough stock to fulfil all outstanding orders at once. In these situations, we fulfil orders strictly in date order, from oldest to newest, as stock arrives from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, this can result in longer-than-expected lead times that are outside of our direct control.

We understand delays can be frustrating, especially when expectations are understandably set around initial estimates. While we always aim to provide the most accurate information available at the time, supplier allocations can change without notice, which can affect timelines.

We are also sorry to hear you had difficulty reaching us by phone on occasion. Our team does aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, and email is often the most reliable channel for detailed stock updates, particularly during busy periods.

We do appreciate your custom and are sorry to hear you are considering shopping elsewhere. If you would like us to review either order further or clarify anything in more detail, we would be happy to help.

I bought a gun and few tins of pellets…

I bought a gun and few tins of pellets off pellpax ..the price was great the items came well packed from one of thier friendly drivers.
When i tried the gun one of the 8 shot magazine was faulty, a couple of the chambers had pellets stuck everytime i used it.
I emailed pellpax and the matter was dealt with quickly by sebastian and a replacement magazine sent out(i was even offered a repmacement gun ).
Very happy and will be using pellpax again👍

How this company as good feedback is…

O9How this company as good feedback is beyond me, I bought a Reximex myth from them and the power is only produce in just over 8fpe, they should be checking these guns before they send them to customers, it's impossible to contact anyone on the phone, they just don't answer phone calls or emails.. do not use them.. if I can't get hold of then I will get my card company involved as this is not as described

Thanks for the reply the rifle was picked up 3 weeks ago, your driver told me 3 to 3 weeks when I phoned you a couple of days ago I was told up to 6 weeks.. Ffs.. And we all know Turkish guns coming from range right are LOW powered.. you should be checking them and sending the low-powered ones back not sending them out to customers ...

Firstly, all rifles are supplied to us pre-checked and tested by the manufacturer before dispatch. In this case we are sorry to hear you believe there is an issue with performance.

Regarding contact, we are sorry you experienced difficulty reaching us by phone. We have recently been experiencing a higher than usual call volume, however we have now taken on two additional members of staff specifically to improve response times and reduce waiting periods for customers. We do, however, continue to respond to emails as quickly and consistently as possible, and this remains the most reliable method of contact for detailed enquiries.

We always aim to provide accurate information and support to all customers, and we are sorry that your experience has fallen short of expectations on this occasion. If you would like us to look into your case further, we would be more than happy to assist and ensure everything is properly reviewed.

Online orders have been disappointing.

Customer service on a a downward spiral. Ordered an item on line towards the end of February, paid the deposit and received a confirmation email. Was informed by telephone it would be available in a couple of weeks.
Contacted them in the middle of March to get an update and was told that it would now be available at the end of the month. Surprisingly received another invoice showing a new order date.
Telephoned during the first week of April, when they contacted the supplier. Was informed that the supplier had one left in stock and they would send it out, but it would not arrive for nearly another two weeks.
Was it actually ever order when I paid my deposit????
I ordered this from Pellpax in February, because the was not available anywhere in the UK. Since I ordered this I have seen this item become available from most of the other retailers from the middle of March.
I visit the shop regularly and have always been impressed with the counter staff, but unfortunately every online order I have now made has been troublesome.

Awful company

Awful company ! Absolutely no customer service here , they dont answer the phone and they dont get back to via email either !
Been waiting so long for rifle now abd not getting anywhere with them.

I Ordered and payed for my rifle in full december the 31st still waiting for it arrive now on 8-5-2026.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY ! SHOP ELSEWHERE !

Simply the worst service I have ever received

Simply the worst service I have ever received. Met the company at the international gun show at the NEC Seemed very professional and I purchased some items. On the back of this experience I ordered more products online…………..MASSIVE MISTAKE. Order placed on the 19th of February, at the beginning of March I emailed their customer service team asking where my order was, zero response, on the 4th March part of my order arrived with a note advising me what items were missing!!! I again emailed their customer service team for an update, it is now the 9th March and I have received no response to either email. I have now involved my credit card company who have refunded the value of the missing items and I assume they will now recover their costs from this company.
Personally I will NEVER use Pellpex again and would not recommend them.

I can see that your order was placed on 21st February and was dispatched on 2nd March. I can only apologise that this falls outside our standard processing times, particularly where items may require preparation or are part of multi-item orders. All orders are processed as quickly as possible in line with stock availability and dispatch schedules.

We are also sorry to hear you felt there was a lack of communication. We do respond to all emails as quickly as possible, though during particularly busy periods there can occasionally be delays in replying. We appreciate this is frustrating, and we are continually working to improve response times across all channels.

Regarding missing items, where an order is split across multiple dispatches (for example due to stock availability or packaging constraints), a dispatch note is included to clearly indicate what has been sent and what remains outstanding, so customers are kept informed at each stage.

Top marks, bought an Air Gun, Turkish made. Gun went faulty, and they replaced it within 1 week. Dropped off the new one same time as they took back the faulty one. Pleasure to be a customer, highly rated service.

Terrible customer service - in fact no customer service

Hi, I am completely confused how Pellpax has a good star rating on Trust Pilot. I bought a pistol, C02 and a sight from them and the sight was out of stock - no one told me that when I ordered it - I just found out when the order came. Getting hold of them on the phone has been impossible and getting a response to emails just as bad - the sight finally arrived and didn't fit despite both the pistol spec' and sight spec concurred that a 9 - 11mm dovetail was used on both. Attempts to get hold of them to get a return number and advice have completely failed. They continue to ignore emails and not answer their phones. I am so frustrated that I am now at a loss as to what to do next. I wish I had never purchased from them and strongly advise others not to.

Update 10th March 2026 - still no joy from Pelpax - have continued to email and phone but no answer/no response. I have emailed saying that I will return the item by post without their return authorisation code as they just won't communicate !!! - I have no confidence that I will receive the refund but who knows ? I guess it's a small claims Court and a report to their local Trading Standards if I don't get the money back. I may also claim via the credit card company.
Story to continue !!!!

I have brought 3 items from them and the service is first rate on time friendly I had a warranty issue with one of my guns after a short phone call the same week they sent a replacement item and didn't charge for the delivery or and excuse or argument they are an honest and reliable company and I would always give them my business

Very happy with my first order from Pellpax

I ordered a few items recently, Crosman SBR, Walther PPQ Q4, Umarex XBG and a Umarex Marlin, plus some co2 and accessories.
The prices were good, especially the sale price on the SBR.
I got a message Wednesday evening giving me my estimated delivery time for the coming Sunday, and on Sunday the live tracking map worked great and the order arrived at the earlier part of the delivery window.
Overall I'm very happy with my first order from Pellpax.

I purchased the Gamo Whisper Sting .177…

I purchased the Gamo Whisper Sting .177 package, and was pleasantly impressed by the accuracy of the fibre optics sights, the package consisted of the rifle, Pellpax bag and the 3-9 x40 scope, which after scoping in free standing was extremely accurate holding the bull with a nice tight pattern at the 25 & 50 yard range…
Excellent customer care by Pellpax and their agent Wayne,, well done!!!..
