Hit and miss

Purchased an air rifle and everything went perfectly. Decent communication and delivered when expected.

Later, purchased 3 tins of pellets, and experience has been much worse.

Ordered on Sunday, so expected dispatch on Monday. Order was dispatched on Tuesday, with an email to say a tracking number would follow. It didn't so I had to call them the next day (Wednesday) for a tracking number.

At that point I was told my order had been dispatched with a product missing because it was out of stock. If I hadn't called I wouldn't have known until the order arrived.

The order arrived a couple of days later (Friday) including a note about the missing item, explaining that it would follow when back in stock.

Almost a week later (Thursday morning) I emailed to ask if there was any update on the missing product. As of Friday afternoon I haven't heard anything.

I know that none of this is "the end of the world", but I think it's fair to expect much better communication from an e-commerce business these days 🤷‍♂️

Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. We are currently experiencing some technical issues with Royal Mail, specifically with tracking details not always being automatically sent when orders are dispatched. We are actively working on a fix to ensure customers receive tracking information promptly going forward.

We were also attending a show recently, which unfortunately put us behind on emails. We are working through the backlog as quickly as possible and are committed to improving our response times.

You are absolutely right to expect better communication, especially regarding the missing item. We should have made this clearer at the point of dispatch, and we recognise that both the communication and overall handling of this could have been better.

We really appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve and ensure we provide the level of service our customers expect and deserve. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

They issued me with faulty equipment…

They issued me with faulty equipment and they lie, told me i was abusive to there driver, yet we have photos of each other, smiling as i returned a package, never ever trust this bunch of cowboys, they lie and do not know that we have mobile phone that can take several pictures, Liars and thief's, do not trust this company..

Poor after-sales on new Beretta - Updated

I recently bought a Umarex Beretta M92a1 from Pellpax. Having got it home I had trouble getting a CO2 cartridge to seat in the magazine so took it back to the shop. After much effort, both with my magazine and a spare in the shop, Pellpax managed to get a Cartridge to work, telling me that all magazines of this type have the same problem. I still can't get the magazine to work.
So two stars for the sales experience and none for After-Sales support. Pellpax sold me gun that they knew had a problem.

Update: At Pellpax's invitation I went back to the shop and they were as good as their word. They demonstrated a new magagine and allowed me to load a CO2 cartridge myself.
Since then I have inserted more cartridges with no further problems. Thank you Pellpax.

When our shop staff mentioned the magazine issue, they were referring to the fact that it has happened before. That said, we have supplied many M92A1 models without any problems. As you are local to us, we would be more than happy to replace the magazine with a new one and install the CO₂ in the shop so you can see that everything is working correctly.

When you visit, please ask for Callum, and I will make him aware of the situation. He works Tuesday through Saturday.

We hope you will accept our offer so we can turn this sub-standard experience into a positive one for you.
