Such an amazing service. My wigs are an important part of my armoury and help me face the world with confidence. Tearing the lace on my favourite wig was devastating. I was so pleased that Peluka were able to repair my wig so that I can continue wearing it with pride. Thankyou x

I have had a wonderful experience at Peluka. I went to see Francesca for some advice on toppers and wigs. She was very kind and informative and I ordered me a topper. Yesterday I went back and Matthew cut and shaped it into a bob to fit in with my hair and Francesca taught me how to put it on. I came away with a box of goodies to look after it and a smile on my face. They are both lovely caring people and I would absolutely recommend a visit there. Iv gone from feeling quite depressed with my hair loss to feeling much more confident. In fact I’m going out tonight to show it off and can’t wait. Thank you both very much

I can't recommend Peluka and Francesca highly enough. Great range of products, advice and attention to detail, but it's the understanding and sensitivity that are second to none at an emotional and stressful time.

I am undergoing chemotherapy and was told from the outset that I would lose my hair. I hadn't really thought about a wig, but after speaking to the hair lady at the chemo unit in Southend Hospital she suggested having a chat with Peluka. I'm so glad I did. Francesca was just so engaging, helpful and put me (and my husband) at our ease immediately. She was full of practical advice and tips and had the patience of a saint. I got to try on a number of wigs, some of which came straight off, but others that got me thinking. There was absolutely no hard sell and I eventually settled on one that I don't think I would have picked without Francesca's encouragement and eye for what would suit me. If I do decide on another wig or topper at a later date, Peluka will definitely be my first port of call. Highly recommended.

From the initial contact made with Peluka I knew I was in safe hands!
We did everything remotely as I live too far away so after a VC consultation I sent my topper to them for colouring and restyling and the results were amazing! You would never think it was the same topper.

Francesca and Matt make the best team, not only does Fran understand how hair loss affects your whole life, she has an option that will be suitable for everyone, so many lovely wigs to choose from and the Peluka Couture range is next level, I picked mine up tonight and Matt cut it exactly how I wanted it, I have wanted human hair for years and I finally got it, I came out of there grinning like a Cheshire cat. Very specialist service you receive and the ultimate care and aftercare when needed.
