I've been using PenTips Lite for a few years now. They give me excellent control while preserving the clarity and brightness of the ipad screen. They also eliminate tapping noises you make while drawing, if that matters to you.

The customer service is excellent, ship time is fast. I recommend these for all digital artists.

Ive had the screenprotector and the metal pentip for about half a year now, and honestly i wish it was better than the price you pay for it. while i love the aspect that you can take it off to watch movies. The surface of the screenprotector gets scratched super easily and it will leave deep noticeable scratchmarks. Also the metal pentip part has come off on its own and won't stay properly on the pencil anymore, without the tiny part the pencil does not function. While the drawing experience is nice, i don't think it is worth the 80 euros you pay for this. I would love to see a more afforable and long lasting version of this product.

A first rate product that is ever so easy to install and really protects your screen. It can easily be removed if you need to clean between the screen and protector and the protector itself is easily cleaned. My last protector outlived my last iPad and expect this one will do so to.

This is my 2nd order. They do wear but everything does. I absolutely love these tips as they completely remove the clicking and I use my pen much more with these tips. Deliberately didn’t try the the competition because I love this brand. Stick to what you know.

As expected! My PenTips cover for my ipad mini came on time, was easy to install and has been working well. I did some research with comparisons of the various covers that feel good for writing and taking notes and am happy so far. It's been a bit over a month of use. Thanks!

I just love the products. I was introduced to PenTips by a gift of a friend and directly got adicted. With my first own order I decides to try some different tips. I am super happy with all of them. Each is a super different feeling while drawing and instantly pushes my creativity.

I ordered the PenTips Lite. I really wanted to like these tips, but they aren't the way it was described to be. With the tip on, my pencil does not write smoothly; it actually creates a lot of drag. There is a lag between when I draw the line and when the line actually shows up on my iPad, and no writing shows up unless I press down really hard onto the screen. Every stroke requires 3 attempts before it's drawn. I bought these to make writing easier for myself, but it's done the opposite. On top of that, the shipping company had my parcel out for delivery for 5 days in my city without it being delivered to me, and nothing changed until I called them to ask what had happened. Even after that call, though I had included my unit number when I placed my order, the shipping label did not carry my unit number. This caused the delivery driver to miss me several times, because he did not know which unit to bring it to. And the shipping was very expensive. All in all, I have had a very poor experience.

Edit: Although the product didn’t work as well as I had hoped, the customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Their support made a positive difference, so I’m updating my rating to reflect that effort.

Great products! Had one little issue with one of the pen tips but got great help of the support team. Tips and screen protectors are both great and must haves.

The new PenTips 3

made me a fan because it feels very good and seems like a long lasting experience, without the tapping sound of most tips ( I do a lot of drawing and a daily base.)

It’s very flexible and makes you forget it’s digital 😃.

The paper-like tips are not so good in my opinion, it does not feel quite right.. otherwise my experience with Pentips was really good, the customer service is perfect and my small keyboard shortcut for procreate works good !

I have been a Pen Tips customer for years. I am a researcher and writer and I have used IPads since they were released. I have always applied the Pen Mat and used the Ipencil on my iPads. I currently have a iPad Mini A17 pro and an iPad Pro 11 M5. Both have Pen Mats and I take notes with a iPencil using a Pe Tips 3. They are the best products on the market. The customer service is outstanding.

Paid for express delivery, still took weeks to get to Europe. Don't offer, or take (depending who's reading) express delivery for any route that involves customs. The pen mat itself is thinner than I thought. It writes much better than a glass screen (iPad Mini 7)

While there were understandable delays, I feel they kept the customer abreast of updates in delivering their new pen tips 3, and when I had a question about shipping, it was the founder Marc that personally reached out to give me an update, and telling me if the package did not arrive within a week, they would reship a new one for me. That was not necessary because it did arrive soon after, but the offer is what is important. Highly recommend!

The first PenMat2 was damaged because of insufficient packaging. After reclamation they sent me another one, but it took about a month to arrive. Much too long. But well packaged!

Bought the v3 recently and they are really confortable to use and seems very durable. Much more than the previous version I had. Definitely recommend them.
