I was needing a decent pen tip for my daughter's apple pencil pro and so glad I discovered Pen Tips. Read some brilliant reviews on the Pen Tips 3, so decided to purchase from Pen Tips directly and delighted that I did as I received a free travel case and a significant discount automatically on the drawing Glove with purchasing the tips at the same time. After purchasing I had a query on them being ok to use on a tempered glass screen protector which the owner of the company Marc was very quick in answering for me that they would. I received my order of the Tips, free travel case and glove which I've just tested before putting away for her Xmas and they work Amazing, make it feel like your using a real pencil on paper and very durable as they are the Pen Tips 3.

Highly recommend to everyone and will be using again in the future 5/5

This order was delayed due to some production issues — issues the consumers (beyond the delay, which was communicated clearly and often) never saw. PenTips is clearly committed to quality and the customer experience to make sure what they send out is worth using.

The new pen tips are fantastic. When drawing an illustration or writing by hand, it’s feel on the glass screen gives me a much more natural writing or drawing experience.

The customer service is awesome. I love that you always check in to see if I have received the product. Your pen tips are fantastic and make it easier for me to feel like I am writing on paper.

I just purchased the Pen Tips 3 and LOVE them. I love the control they give me and the softer touch.

I recently purchased the textured penmat for my iPad. I found that writing on the iPad screen was difficult because it was so slick. I did quite a bit of research on a screen cover and decided to go with Penmat and I am so happy I did. It is so simple to install, and it does make my iPad feel more like paper.

In addition, I had a question about my invoice - the charge to my card differed by $0.50, which wasn't a big deal, except this was a business expense and I needed a matching invoice. I messaged through the website chat function and received a reply within 24 hours. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend the company and their products!

Good products and the staff is reactive in case of a problem with the order. I own and use the PenPad regularly and recently the pentips 3.

I have work with all pent tips before but PEN tips 3 is a real change so much better than before. I recommend of course, i m gratefully with this tool. Pen tip 3 is smooth like I thought that nobody never would archive, but is real, it is great!

Never delivered product.

I have used PenTips from the beginning and each version of the product has enhanced the experience of using the Apple Pencil. With PenTips 3 is different. It doesn't feel that it enhances the Apple Pencil, because it almost makes it feel like a completely different product; the experience using the Apple Pencil with PenTips 3 is just amazing, providing much more control and feels more natural.
As important is the great customer service that Marc and the team provides. Each time I have had any issue or question they provide a solution.

I have been a supporter and a PenTips user from the very beginning, and as I was very pleased with PenTips 2, I had some wear and tear issues with the product. Marc was very hands-on, and I even got some replacement tips. Very gentlemanly. As I was using the original Apple tips, they felt very underwhelming compared to the PenTips. I have been using the PenTips 3 product for a few days, as the Kickstarter purchase was a no-brainer. And I can say that the wait was long, but it was so worth it! The control and smoothness are exceptional. I hope they are sturdy enough to be durable as promised! So far, it's a great experience!

I have been using PenTips 2+ for some time and have been very happy with them. I was curious to see how they could make an even better model so ordered the new PenTips 3 and have been using it over the past few days. While I had no issues with the 2+, the 3 seems to grip the iPad screen even more, making it feel more like writing on paper. I am very happy with it and was pleasantly surprised to find there were 4 tips in the packet. They should last for ages! I also need to praise the wonderful service and communication one gets from the company's Marc. If only every online company communicated with their customers so well and in such a friendly way!

I have had my eye on trying their tips and screen protectors for a while, and decided when getting the new 13" pro iPad, that now was the time.

I haven't used them much yet, but I really enjoy the different tactile experiences each piece offers, as well as when used together. This was the main reason I purchased rthem, and they have delivered. The INK tips especially feel great, as someone used to traditional media.

I will say they did take a while to ship (the INK had a 4 week wait but it ended up being about 2 months from order to recieval). I also didn't end up getting a shipping confirmation when they did ship, but any questions or queries I had were promptly answered.

VERY happy to support a small business, especially in times like these.

I have been a customer of PenTips for over 3 years now, originally finding them after searching for "quiet apple pencil tips"!

I have been through several of their revisions of the tips now, I thought version 2+ were great but the new version 3 are the best yet

If you want a softer, quieter, more tactile tip for your Apple Pencil than the default Apple ones, PenTips are the best!

First and foremost, Pentips makes an incredible product. I have tried several different methods of "paperfeel" products when it comes to drawing on an Ipad. Their PenMat, in combination with their Pentip, is by far my favorite. It has an overall better feel and both the mat and metal tips last longer(by a very large margin) than other similar products I have tried. I have gone through quite a few sets of both at this point, and I have consistently returned to re-order them all.

My most recent order had the unfortunate fate of falling victim to... how should I say... "Current unnecessary political tensions" at no fault of their own. Because of this, my order was caught up in a transitionary period with Pentips distributor shift to try and appease these unnecessary tensions. Marc, the founder, was incredibly helpful with my inquiries on shipping timelines. He did his best to keep me up to date on when my order would be moving out of customs and on its way to me. I'm sure it was an incredibly chaotic and frustrating time for them and I am incredibly appreciative of his help and quick responses.

I am not sure if I've ever had a better experience with customer service, and I know for a fact I've never been put in direct contact with the founder of a company.

I was already satisfied with Pentips prior to this most recent order, but now I am locked in as a loyal customer.

I already used Pen Tips 2 for quit some time. They are really great and really nice for writing on iPad. Just received Pen Tips 3 and used them. And they are even better!! Precize and just giving that feeling of writing.

I love my pen tips! The writing experience is so much smoother than a paper screen. I didn’t want to compromise the screen quality because I use my iPad for more than taking notes and drawing. This product is the perfect solution for me!

Still not arrived after 2 months !

I made an order back in December 2024 and that was wonderful. It took a while, but shipping to Australia often does. Importantly, it shipped almost instantly. I also LOVE the 2+ tips.

Unfortunately, this time I wanted to buy some more because I love them, and ordered the 2+ again on 19 June. They still haven’t shipped yet, and communication has been poor. I did receive an email stating there’s been an issue switching warehouses (which I completely understand), but the review is the way it is because of the poor communication. My order came to almost $100(au), and to not receive an email about the delay until I reached out is disappointing.

So there’s been a 1 month delay on just the shipping of my order, not to mention the fact that shipping to Australia itself will also take a month or so. Yeah, nah. Won’t be ordering again until their logistics is fixed.
