DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE Pendany (RuiMing fashion)
I ordered a month ago, the package has not arrived. I have messaged customer service twice. I got weird bs answers. They complained that the package is overweight (barely even 1 kg!) and another complained that there is a labor shortage in the warehouse.
I informed that I wanted to cancel and also informed Paypal, through which I paid.
AND do not give this company your address, email address or phone number. I started getting scam messages on my email and cell phone!

I sadly fell for what looked like a genuine website through Facebook. The model was British, the site showed an address in UK. I have sent 6 emails as its been over 6 weeks and keep getting same reply...be patient!! Avoid at all costs, reported to Facebook. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!

The dress I received was nothing like the dress I received. I reached out and asked for a refund and they said I could have a 30% discount on the dress and 20% off the next purchase (as if I would EVER order from them again) or ship it back to China at my expense for a full refund (which would cost more than the dress is worth) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Not even worth a star .
Wrong measurements on website therefore asked to return , offered 5% back and not even my fault also takes weeks to come as its base in China.
Save your time and money !

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, appalling response to my query, see response when I asked whether my order had been processed...why is TikTok still allowing them to advertise or be linked and.promoted

Since it is currently the peak season, our warehouse has a large number of packages waiting to be packaged, which also packages your products, you know it takes a little time to prepare. Once your product is packaged, we will send your package first. Hope you can wait patiently! Thank you for your cooperation!

As with previous customers, I too foolishly ordered from this company which advertised a 5 day delivery for a dress I liked on Tik Tok. No dress has arrived and we are now in the 4th week. They offered $5 discount and apologised, I have asked for a refund only to be told it would be 3 weeks.
Do not under any circumstances go near them although it was too late for me to realise they are based in China !!

Same as other comments, saw it on tiktok and keep getting emails ref "due to high volumes" . Asked for a refund after 3 weeks, nothing. Don't buy off this site and also tiktok need to be accountable.

I ordered an outfit from this fake company from watching it on tik tok , after very badly worded email from the company about how big the warehouse was and how busy they are , but they would send mine first ! Out of a huge warehouse they are going to find mine and send it first ! Yeah ok ! , please don’t trust this company it’s a scam , they play on good hard working women, and take your money and you get nothing , stay safe girls and do your research ! I wish I had

THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE USING SOMONE ELSES WEBSITE ADVERTISING THERE CLOTHS. PLEASE DO NOT GO ONTO PENDANNY FAKE. RUDE. DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO DUPE GENUINE CUSTOMERS. I ONLY HOPE YOU GET CAUGHT .

Scammers!! Lesson learned. TikTok obviously don’t care who advertise on their platform. I’ve done a chargeback through my bank and got my money back.
They use different names with the same woman so beware.

UPDATE - I have now received a full refund.

I placed orders for two dresses on the 9th March. Been chasing up ever since. I had one email saying they are so bury and please be patient. I've now seen all of these reviews and realise it's a scam of sorts. I have requested a refund. If that doesn't arrive, I will be alerting my banks fraud team.

Please don't order from this company ! I placed an order on the 15th of March , I've emailed to chase it and have been told to be patient and it will be a few weeks . I've now requested a refund and there are ignoring me !!!

Ordered after seeing the tiktok ads. Order never arrived. I emailed them asking when it would get here and got an unprofessional reply saying they were busy but would do their best. Then noticed the same ads with the same woman and clothes being used under two other company names. Always with the comments turned off. Never did get the items. Seems the is in china. They use an English woman and setting to cover this. Total scam. Luckily the bank refunded me

Orderd item had nothing sent out yet which I placed 10days ago. Payed 35.00 for a party emailed them said I've got to be patient so I emailed them again to ask for refund. If they don't I'll be going to trading standards and my bank to get money back.

Pendany is a proper company however if you want something quick, this is not the company for you. Three months I waited for an outfit i saw on Instagram. It finally arrived Thursday evening. Communication was OK, I won't lie about that, but it certainly didn't speed the delivery up. When the outfit arrived... the trousers are far too long (I'm 5ft 4in) they would be more suitable for someone It 5ft 8in. The material is very cheap looking and feeling and the top is so long, it just looks awful tucked in or hanging out. The colours are also different. Nothing like the video you see. I am now in the throws of asking for a refund before I return the items. I have asked for my money back first- the same as what they did with me. Took the money let me wait 3 months only to receive items that are awful. Again Communication is ok, they have asked for photos (!!!???!!). Which i cant understand why - As yet I've not heard back. My advice... don't bother ordering anything from this company.

It's a scam and you will get nothing!

All orders appear on your bank statement as Hong Kong Canoe Technology and any request for an update regarding shipment is met with a rude reply that they are busy!

Spend your money wisely! I wish I had done my research beforehand!
