Paid for a product on 30/04/22

Paid for a product on 30/04/22. - still not arrived and emails ignored.
On hold for 15 minutes calling so far and number 10 in the queue...
Complete waste of time and money

Returning products impossible; customer service ignores messages

I've been trying to return several items I bought for more than a week. Unfortunately, the website Penfield uses to process returns has been "down" for more than a week so I have been unable to print a return shipping label. I messaged their customer service team, who sent me directions on how to return products for those based in the UK. That wasn't helpful since I am based in the US. I have sent multiple follow up messages that have been ignored so it looks like I will have to file a chargeback request with my bank. I also plan to file fraud charges to the appropriate regulators in the UK.

I couldn’t make a return through your…

I couldn’t make a return through your website and have contacted twice and received no return. The item I received looks nothing like the online image.

Good products, bad service, spent more than I should

I really like two of the three products I purchased, however it is incredibly frustrating to pay to return an item which was incorrectly described by Penfield on their website. The item was described as having embroidered branding, however it was just a print.
In addition, it's quite confusing when the carrier emails you to say your order is on its way because it doesn't actually say it's from Penfield, it states the name of an ecommerce company and I couldn't find out who they were associated, so I wasn't sure if the parcel would be from Penfield or one of my other orders at the time.

Very pleased with my new Penfield…

Very pleased with my new Penfield addictions to my wardrobe looking forward to wearing them out and about in the wilderness !! Or in town ? Great quality materials and well made.
Really looking forward to the Autumn/Winter 21/22 updates

Expensive Returns plus P&P

Good quality clothes and a good company to order from although they did charge £2.99 to send the £150 jacket I ordered for my son's birthday. The jacket did not fit and I was informed that I would have to return the parcel tracked, this cost £8.99.
I re-ordered the smaller size, again £2.99 postage but unfortunately that one did not fit either so another £8.99 to return. Total £24.00
Far too costly to ever order again.
