Hywel and Tosh did a great job in fitting 4 windows ti the front of our house and we are more than happy with the overall finish. They were prompt with their timings and took care inside the house not to make a mess and cleared all old materials away when they had finished. Thank you.

His, knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail made the whole process effortless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently delivered a level of service many companies can only aspire to.

I wanted to personally thank Peninsula on this site to let others know that, from ‘start to finish’, my experience with the company has exceeded all expectations.

Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and care in planning, stood out from the first visit and quotation. The teams’ precision with measurements, and their thoughtful integration of the new windows and doors into my home’s 1930s character was remarkable. The fitters were polite, professional, and left everything immaculate. I wanted to specifically call out the mortar rendering around the external window and door frames, and the way it blended into the granite walls, was second to none.

This project was a significant investment for me in improving my home and what particularly impressed me was the staged payment structure Peninsula offered, with the final portion held until I was completely satisfied. This was very reassuring, not expected, and perhaps an indication of how confident they are with the quality of their products and services.

In the end, my home looks incredible, and I would enthusiastically recommend Peninsula to anyone. Indeed, I would be more than happy to act as a reference for them for future customers.

We were given details of Peninsula by Velfac and have been really impressed from start to finish with their service and with everyone involved. Trefor initially dealt with our enquiry and was really helpful and communicative when discussing what was required and with confirming the order. Shane then measured up and carried out site visits, liaising with us and our builder throughout to make sure everything was correct. When it came to fitting, the team were excellent, very thorough and respectful of our property - a big thanks to Kev, Gaz, Sonny, Nathan, Ryan and Kyle for getting to site despite the snow and making sure the installation happened as planned! We would have no hesitation in recommending Peninsula, they have been great and we are very grateful to them for making sure everything went smoothly.

I've just had all my doors and windows replaced by Peninsula and I'm absolutely delighted. They are all super and have made such a difference to the house. The challenging, very large window in the lounge, was replaced exactly as I wanted. I visited the showroom on a number of occasions, the staff were super.
The whole team at Peninsula were great, the fitters were super, so clean and tidy, I couldn't have asked for more.

Was a bit scared the whole porch would collapse if the door was replaced (with a composite product) but it went swimmingly and everyone who sees it is very pleased with it even though I'd know clue what design config to go for or ever done this before. I'm sure we'll use them again. Great comms throughout the process.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I had been toying with the idea of replacing my tatty old porch for years and I had researched and considered many different options. Ashley and Nia came for the initial consultation and to discuss design ideas. They were great, friendly and courteous as was Christian, the surveyor. Making an investment in your property can be stressful but I can honestly say it's been worth every penny. The team at Peninsula made the process easy. I was really impressed with the work ethic of all the lads, from Barry and Jordan who constructed the base to Andrew (Tosh) and Hywel the fitters. They were all brilliant. I've had a lot of work done on my home recently and I can honestly say Peninsula are the best and I'm over the moon with my new room 💗

From Nia’s first visit to do the survey , to Christian’s to do the measurements and (Nathan and Phil) the fitters, our whole experience with peninsula has been excellent.
We are absolutely delighted with our new front door and windows, it’s made the house look amazing.
We also had an after care check in from both Nia and Christian which was a really nice touch.
All very professional and helpful, would highly recommend.

Peninsula Windows go above and beyond. From when we first went to the showroom and meeting Nia to finishing our conservatory, everything was perfect. The groundworkers and installers were helpful, polite and efficient.

The fitters were here for 2 days and arrived 8.30 and did not stop working. Very tidy work. Have been putting off buying new windows and a front door for years in fear of a lot of mess especially with the bay window but the way the 2 of the fitters took out the old window and put in the new one was amazing.

We decided to replace our front door. I spoke with Nia who supported us with choices, home visit, showroom experience and engaged with us throughout in picking the best door for us. It was fitted so quickly and the 2 fitters did an excellent job, taking lots of care in making it a perfect fit. Thanks to everyone involved.

My experience with Peninsula has been first class from start to finish. I’ve had windows and doors from Peninsula in the past, and this is why I keep returning to them, as they look after their customers should any issues occur. My first point of contact was with a very friendly and helpful lady by the name of Nia. She kept me updated with the stages of the delivery and installation date and time of arrival. She also gave me a call to check that we were happy with the installation.
The two installers arrived on time, they were friendly polite and they did an excellent job, they were careful of my decor and cleaned up at the end.
I’d gladly recommend Peninsula to anyone wanting quality product with an excellent after sales service

We are very pleased with the sunroom that Peninsula built for us. The tradesmen were all skilled and meticulous in their work, as well as friendly and tidy.

Management of the project was shaky at first with unnecessarily long delays in applying for planning permission and drawing up plans, but once the work started it proceeded well with good oversight and communication.

World recommend the company without reservation.

The product and the fitting experience have both exceeded my expectations. The door is of an exceptionally high quality and looks great. The fitting team were very careful, efficient and tidy in their work and I am impressed with the finished result.

Ryan was also very good indeed at dealing with my initial enquiry and showing me the options in the showroom, making sure that I had the right specifications for my needs.

From initial contact to final payments - working with the Penisula team was a great experience.

It started with a simple need to create a weather-break for the front of my wind/rain exposed cottage.

The resulting boot-room conservatory changes how I live in & enjoy my home. From weather-watching to star-gazing and everything in-between.

Kyle & Kev (installation) took a flat patch of concrete and built a 3D masterpiece of glass, wall-panels & plaster. Done with skill, humour & attention to detail.

…just the face of the much bigger operation behind the scenes. My heartfelt thanks to one and all.

Service was excellent from our first visit to the showroom through to completion of the work. Nia made everything easy and nothing was too much trouble.

We wanted to change our windows to let more light in and make our home more energy efficient - we found the right company to do it, and we are very impressed with their service..
From our first visit to the showroom to look at our options we were given the time to explore and try out various windows available, and when we got home and couldn't remember which handles we had chosen we just went back and were welcomed in to choose between finishes.
The team work well together. The office staff made sure that we got our order and planned a timetable that fitted around our needs. The engineer came and measured up reassuring us by confirming our thoughts on window placement and how they would open when they were fitted. We had ordered 2 of the nice tilt and turn windows and wanted them to open in a specific direction. When the fitting crew arrived they made an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaning up after themselves.
Our windows were a big investment for us and we know that we have made the right choice.

Peninsula replaced four windows and a rooflight in my home. The entire team were extremely professional from start to finish - Ashley the design consultant was friendly and knowledgeable, and the installation team were clean and efficient. I'd strongly recommend this company!
