The goods i received were in a poor condition. Threads were sticking out from both skirt and jacket as though they have been used before. I had to retun the ordered goods.

Dear Miss Norrman,
Thank you for your review. Very annoying that you are disappointed with the fabric of the clothing that you have ordered. I can guarantee that none of what we sell has been worn before. The structure of the fabric of the clothing that you have ordered is a woven ribbon thread in a sporty look. That ends of threads protrude from the fabric is correct. However, I can understand that you rated this as: Poor condition. We will adjust the description of the article so that the structure of the substance is described better and in more detail.
Sincerely,
Johan

Dear miss Odell, thank you for your review on trustpilot.
Apparently the color of the pants that we had ordered for you in Italy is not the color you wanted. Very unfortunate because you wanted these pants (in the right color for you) so badly. We have already indicated to you by e-mail that you can return the pants and that we will compensate you correctly for the costs that you incur for this. Hopefully we can make you happy in the future with another pants from the High collection.
Sincerelly,
Alexander Penninkhof
