Cannot withdraw MY money.
They found an old small pension, which can't be added to another as I do not have another, but cannot withdraw it for another 3 years.. this was not what I agreed to.

Please get back to us to confirm you have understood.
We would like to make it clear the Penny Pension does allow people to withdraw their funds. You are under the normal minimum pension age of 55. The ability to withdraw before 55 is reserved for those who have ill-health or their policy contains a protected pension age benefit. This is enforced by UK law. Neither of these applied to your request. Your request was also for us to transfer your pension funds into an ISA. This is again something we cannot do as they are different financial products. Again, this is enforced by UK law. We'll work hard to support you with your pensions and hope you'll get in touch shortly.

I have two pensions with nest and this company can’t find them I think this is a rip off company another pension that I got them to look up was successful but I can’t find it anywhere on app it’s just disappeared so I’m now going to get the cab and Martin Lewis involved and hopefully not the police
