77 pens were missing stuff and when you grab slot of pens to give to someone they come apart very cheap crappy pens

Our bank uses these types of pens and we really like them. Received them in good time. Only issue was that there were several that were not assembled but no biggie. Thank you and will definitely be ordering again!

Order came in pieces I had to take an hour and a half to put everything together because nothing was put together maybe 20 pins came together. All the rest were separated. also delivery took longer than anticipated as I believe I paid for a few days. It took almost 3 weeks to get my order, not satisfied.

Received about 20 broken pens in our order of 250. Pens definitely feel cheap but for the value they are not too bad.
