The pens were a hit. Everyone loved them as well as the inscriptions. The colors matched perfectly. We did have a few that were damaged and had to be put back together. Perhaps, they fell apart during transit.

Pens some where disassembled a few had letters missing. And I made a mistake that wasn't caught then I tried to reorder and the price tripled

most of the pens were dismantled when I received them. I had to go through and put them back together.

Depends came out exactly as they showed they were going to but in about 30 of them had fallen apart in transit. When I went to place an order for the second time the prices have doubled and then I got a call from customer care asking about my review that said my pens had come apart before I got them and then ask me to send pictures to prove it. I had simply told them that it wasn't necessary I was simply going to shop elsewhere.
