Parker gift confusing description
Wanted to buy Parker I.M. Mono Bronzen Balpen + Rollerbal gift set, but colour is confusing as picture looks like gunmetal but description says Bronzen. To get more confused I went to official Parker site and the Bronze option does not exist. I expect a bit more clarity if you buy such expensive gift.

Beautiful teacher's gift!
I ordered an engraved Parker pen for my son's teacher and it got lost in transit. I contacted Simone to see if there was anyway to track the package down. After trying to trace the package for a couple of days, Simone wasted no time at all in engraving a new pen and it was delivered the next day. I am super impressed by the after sales service. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again!
