Excellent service- very fast delivery, high quality packaging and presentation.

Very quick and efficient. The pen is a present so I do not know what it'll be like.

I placed an order on September 5th, and the money was deducted from my account immediately. I received a GLS tracking ID that always said GLS had not received the package. I emailed the seller on September 10th, only to receive a response claiming the package would arrive the next day. Of course, it never did, and the tracking status stayed the same.

After that, they completely stopped replying to my emails. I tried to contact them again and again, but was ignored. On September 13th, I called them and was finally told the package was "lost" and that they would resend it by the 16th or 17th. Unsurprisingly, nothing ever arrived, and they once again ignored all my email requests for cancellation and a refund.

What makes this situation even worse is that after multiple calls, I was only able to reach them once. The person who answered claimed they "did not understand English" and told me to email them. As expected, they never replied.

As of today, September 24th, I have lost my money and am left with nothing but frustration. No refund, no package, and no customer service—just complete radio silence. Their handling of this entire situation has been beyond unprofessional; it feels fraudulent.

What’s worse, I suspect their positive reviews on Trustpilot are fake. Based on my experience, I don’t believe for a second that other customers are genuinely satisfied.

Do not make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this seller unless you want to lose your money.

No he recibido un pedido hecho hace 11 días y lo único que argumentan es que contactando con el reparto, los paquetes no se han encontrado. En su web ponen que llegarían en 5 días desde el pedido. No ofrecen devolver el dinero o enviarlo de nuevo. Se han quedado con mis 111€, yo sin poder hacer el regalo y sin explicación alguna. Zero professionalism and absolute distrust in this page. I have not received an order placed 11 days ago and the only thing they claim is that when contacting the delivery company, the packages have not been found. On their website they say they would arrive in 5 days from the order. They do not offer to return the money or send it again. They have kept my €111, without me being able to make the gift and without any explanation. I send to penshop 6 emails previously this oppinion.

From ordering to product until it was delivered at home , the entire process went smoothly and effortless. The précision in the delivery times was incredible and the product arrived well packaged and protected.
The text customisation on the pen was very smooth and enjoyable user experience and I loved the quality of the product and the final result as i added an engraving of a special text to the pen ! It was perfectly fine tuned and matched exactly what I expected and how I imagined it and the box of the pen was beautiful and sophisticated!
I just love it and it’s such a beautiful and a special gift to offer.

Easy to order and proper guidelines on the website. Good delivery experience. Can do better on the refill selection prompts
