I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Jessenia Guzman at Penske Vehicle Sales. From the very beginning, Jessenia demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the customer. She handled every question and concern quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Her communication was clear, respectful, and reliable throughout the entire process. I also want to honestly mention that I previously had experiences with other employees within the same company that unfortunately were not positive. Local sales team (Davonte Allen in San Antonio) know there stuff and are very helpful in selecting the right vehicle. Then on the back end, their national sales admin team (Danielle Naugle & Alexa Troutman) guide you thorugh the process with flexibility and patience.

I flew in from FL off two flights tired as hell and just wanted to be in my truck they had me in the shop and out the door, signed sealed and air conditioned with my own truck in less than 15 minutes.
