Great customer service
Victor understood my predicament about there no longer being a yearly membership and that I didn't need 100 reports a month for $29.95. I am very happy to have been offered the Lifetime plan with 10 reports a month. He was very kind, patient, and was able to solve my problem. Definitely FIVE stars. I have been with Peoplefinders since 2006 and now can continue for the foreseeable future. Many thanks.

Other than the non-working but extremely insecure Grace AI at the beginning, everything else was fine. Very nice customer service rep—a real human, may I add—that got everything taken care of in a matter of minutes.
