Victor was very kind and helped me out when I had been charged a fee I didn't feel I should have. He explained what he could do and fixed it quickly. You are lucky to have a employee like him.

Typical Trial Subscription Scam

Typical Trial Subscription Scam:

You go to the website and they offer you a
report and charge you 50 cents to find out information
about some mystery phone call you received. Now they have your credit card which is all they really wanted. When you buy the report they sign for up for free trial
subscription which turns into a full subscription if you don't cancel immediately. You receive no acknowledgment or notification from them that you now have a trial subscription. This is important because this
deliberate lack of transparency is what really works for them. Then you get charged for a full subscription 3 days later even though you don't even really have a subscription trial or otherwise in the traditional sense that being one you could even access with a user name or email and a pass word. I couldn't find the account I was being charged for on the website with any of my emails. I'm being charged for an account that doesn't even exist? Who does this? Scammers that's who.
Then you phone customer service and get the usual
runaround. Sucker!

Please read right here on this site some of the many similar experiences other customers have had with PeopleFinders. Any business that runs their business the way they do does not have your back. If nothing else PeopleFinders should be investigated for their business practices. These are not good people.

Luis from the customer care team was incredibly kind and helpful with a payment issue I was experiencing. He was able to resolve the issue very quickly and made the experience feel as smooth as possible.

Customer Service Experience

Luis is always helpful for my customer service needs. He is usually the one who answers my calls to provide me with my subscription receipts as well as to unlock my account when the verification code service is not working properly.

I was charged twice and canceled my…

I was charged twice and canceled my membership but is only being reimbursed for the one transaction that was supposed to have canceled but instead upgraded. The other charge was for membership starting today but I canceled it today. I should’ve been reimbursed for both.

Honestly the speed in which my initial call went out including hold time was the most phenomenal experience in Customer Service that I have ever had with an online transaction. The representative (David) was a veteran in his respective postion, Excellent guy! Thank you. Quick to respond, quick to provide email verification of credit, quick hold time, everything about him was professionalism at its best. Thanks again!
