I have been using PeopleHR for about a year now. With new features activated, I am still learning how to use them properly and when something is not working as intended or just not working.
When I was doing Ripples to help automate processes, Caitlin Janicki offered excellent advice. She was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Positive Feedback
Matt Temperton is very personable and has a good knowledge of the system. I have had some 1 to 1 time with him and he has also done a Q&A with our senior team. On both occasions he not only helped answer queries but also demonstrated other helpful features we could be using, and set up a follow up call to demonstrate how to use another.

We hadn't had a great onboarding…
We hadn't had a great onboarding experience with PeopleHR or the assigned Account Manager, so we reached out to Brigitta Szasz, their Customer Success Specialist. Brigitta listened to our feedback and put a plan in place that not only reassured us that we had picked the right system, but also set up the retraining programme and changed our account manager. We feel much more confident now in using the system.

Issues with Account Manager - Andrei
After having some trouble with our account manager, i reached out to Brigitta for some advice. She was more than helpful and supportive, providing us with lots of information on our software upgrade and additional resources for us to use to help learn the new features. We now have specific training booked for what we need to fully utilise the system and are looking forward to using the system properly now. Compared to the training we had received previously, Matt was really helpful and much more informative. He actually showed us items that we had been told previously we couldn't do. Wish we had had him for the previous full day of training - we actually achieved more in the 2 hours with Matt!

Excellent showcasing of the product, giving confidence
Choosing a new HR software system is a nerve-wracking business & it's hard to navigate the many options on the market. However, PeopleHR stood out as a system that would meet our needs both now & in the future, as the Company grows & changes. We were lucky to be allocated Jake, who is clearly very experienced in his role, with superb product knowledge. His time & patient approach was very much appreciated & he has given real confidence (& not in a pushy 'sales' way) that this system is right for us. So far, a great experience & I hope system implementation follows suit.
