From the initial contract negotiations for our staff survey to the final diagnostics of the results, our experience with People Insight team has been exceptional. Every stage of the process was handled with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. The Staff survey portal itself is fantastic – intuitive, easy to navigate, and clearly designed with the user in mind. Technicians were outstanding: knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile – nothing was ever too much to ask.

We especially appreciated the timely delivery of each phase, along with the expert knowledge and advice provided throughout. The Prism AI tool is truly out of this world – the insights it generated on the enormous amount of staff comments were incredibly valuable and easy to interpret. The 1-click iDeck slides saved us hours of work and helped us communicate the results with impact and clarity. This was one of the smoothest and most rewarding staff survey experiences we’ve had – thank you!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with PeoplesInsight.

I joined a research session after being recruited by them, showed up on time, followed all instructions, and participated in good faith. I was not told of any issues during the session — no one said there was a problem with how I was speaking or behaving.

Later, I was denied payment. I was told the client claimed I “struggled to communicate” and that my English made it difficult to take part. This was incredibly hurtful and unfair, especially as I was never given a chance to respond or correct anything. The feedback felt discriminatory, and I was dismissed without a proper explanation.

PeoplesInsight made it clear they wouldn’t pay me, even though I gave up my time and participated to the best of my ability. This was deeply unprofessional.

Participants deserve respect, fairness, and at the very least, honest communication. I would not take part in research through this agency again — and I would urge others to ask very clear questions before agreeing to a session.
