We got across the line in the end but went with them because they lied to us saying how quick and easy it would be how we fell for it hook line and tinker.
If they had been honest from the outset we'd have run a mile very nearly got made homeless by there super slow speed of work

Only negative was that you contact the clients via email at same time case is offered, therefore no opportunity to discuss and update the case with clients.

The process when I got all the information that i was asked for Pepper Money came back again and again looking for more and more who ever was handling this on the Pepper Money side did not do a good job.
And the Mortgage that I had for five years was also with Pepper Money so it wasn't, that it was the first time I had held a Mortgage with Pepper Money with all payments made on my track record.
