Simple application and worthwhile experience
Pepper were great in securing us a mortgage. As this was my first time using pepper Money, naturally i had many questions around criteria and how to process. Pepper Money remove what they don’t want the public to see
Pepper Money’s response is that they have no involvement in the matters I have raised.
What I would like explained is how correspondence relating to a Pepper Money customer came to be included within documentation sent to me as part of a Subject Access Request from Engage Credit.
If Pepper Money have no connection whatsoever, then there should be a straightforward explanation.
Instead of addressing that question, my review has been removed.
The question remains the same: how did correspondence relating to a Pepper Money customer end up within documents sent to me, and why has nobody been willing to explain it?
Pepper would you actually like to see the document?
