Enquiries were dealt with promptly and courteously. The orderering and delivery were not straighforward as the order was requested to be sent to diffenent address for delivery but all worked smoothly and quickly. The delivery firm were kindess itself and couldn't do enough to help with the actual delivering at the door. An excellent experience and excellent furniture as well!! Couldn't be better! Thank you Peppermills!

Awful don’t order from them. Note: you need to read all terms and conditions before you order (as they’ve now told me several times, so it’s all my fault).
My order of 2 dining chairs came in a massive box strapped to a broken pallet, left in my driveway. I’m unable to move it, and nails sticking out of the pallet (how do I get rid of a pallet?). Box too large to carry.
Note this is the norm for them, they have confirmed that, it’s not out of the ordinary.

I have to start trying to strip it down in the rain in my driveway.
Why for a premium site you can’t offer (charge me extra) to bring it to my door inside my block of flats. Even Amazon brings it to my front door. I had 2 chairs arrive from another provider and did not have this issue. If you’re not a body builder, this company isn’t for you.
Very poor customer service and experience. Honestly.

I bought two Ruby bar stools. The whole transaction was excellent and staff very helpful.
The stools are excellent quality and great value for money.

Peppermill Interiors were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, the staff there were amazing.
Alice went to great lengths to help me find my perfect dining table and had it delivered so smoothly and quickly without any stress at all even with my address being a completely different part of the country.
Jim & Mark who delivered and set up the table itself were a credit to the company.

Very good experience. I recently bought a beautiful bauhaus style desk however it arrived damaged. Customer service at Peppermill Insteriors was great. They quickly got back to me regarding my return request and arranged the collection of the parcel back to their warehouse. Refund was quickly processed once they got the parcel back. Thank you!

I bought two chairs and two tables from Peppermill from the start to finish they’ve been in contact. Such good customer service. One of the chairs had a scratch on it and they changed it asked me if I wanted a different colour they were in contact with me the whole time They told me an arranged the delivery they brought out to my first floor apartment. The two delivery men were incredibly friendly and helpful and the furniture is absolutely stunning. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to for this company because it was outstanding. Thank you.

What a fabulous company. I found them from an internet search. The chair I wanted exceeded expectations. The staff on the phone could not have been more friendly and helpful. Delivery was just a couple of days and I am chuffed to bits. I highly recommend Peppermill Interiors.

I spent months pondering over furniture for our dining room and kitchen and sent many emails to Alice at Peppermill in particular. Her patience is admirable. Nothing was ever to much, even the constant mind changing. Thanks all involved!

Had a small problem with my order a part was missing, I phoned them and they immediately rectified the issues and a driver came and delivered the part within the hour also I was reimburse for the electrician can’t rate the highly enough for there efficiency.

Amazing Showroom with great selection of products and seamless shopping experience!

We have been to this showroom multiple times exploring their range and each time found something new! We bought a coffee table here first a few months back and now we are proud owners of a beautiful oak dining table with chairs. The sales reps who processed our order were very helpful and informative and accommodated our needs to the best of their ability! Such smooth and pleasant experience. We are receiving our dining table tomorrow and are super excited! We are likely to return to buy some more chairs soon as we love them so much :)

Excellent website both with choice and easy to use.
Ordered on a Saturday, spoke to customer service who was very cheerful and helpful.
Because we had dithered on what to get there was less choice BUT there was a nice reduction in price.

I bought four Sofia dining chairs from Peppermills and got terrific service.
The sales team were so helpful organising next day leather colour samples and guiding me through their order system.
The chairs look so stylish, finished in dark mocha leather with walnut coloured frames and legs. They came fully made-up and were available from stock and delivered to my home in Scotland within days.
Peppermills certainly give a five star customer service!
