Ordered about 2 months ago, item never received and no contact when i have reached out a few times. Abouslote joke of a business and a man. No one should order from him again, and i will make sure to do my best to stop people

no contact, no product, no refund, thief and scammer, avoid and avoid again

Scammed. Ordered over a weekend so didn’t expect an update until Monday afternoon. Weeks have gone by no reply to any emails. Total waste

SCAM.
Never received order or replies to inquiries.

Yet again let down with receiving my order tried and tried to get in touch by email and what’s app , never received a reply, I have used peptex for years and only continued because the products are so good , the delivery side of it is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with , I’ll never use them again now , stay away from this company the man behind it is full of lies and takes so many peoples money

I have used peptex since 2018, my first order was the sites 30th. Since then I've ordered 23 times to the value of approximately £5000 as the products are great and the service WAS too. My last two orders placed in September 2021 and october 2021 were different. Weeks after the orders I recieved a small part from both orders with an apology and promise that once out of customs the rest would follow. A few more weeks later I was told the remainder of the orders had been shipped and tracking number supplied. The tracking number turned out to be false. I contacted Wade (the site owner) via Email and he assured me that the order would be reset to pending (which is it's current status on the site) and would soon be proccessed.
Weeks passed, I have tried repeatedly to contact Wade for an update using different platforms etc. to no avail. What is more annoying is that the site is now offering a £50 credit for leaving a review on trust pilot.
I have waited for over a month before leaving this review, having contacted Wade to let him know I was going to give an honest review.
To sum up, Peptex is a great company, with a very good range of products, but unfortunately the customer service seems to be very hit or miss.
I'm having to accept the loss of £600.

Placed my order on 17/10, shipped on 11/11 and came around 4 days later. pretty poor delivery time, around a month to wait. considering ive ordered SARMs from receptor chem and they came within 5 days of purchase its not great, also they are UK based and I ordered to adress within the UK I would like too see better shipping times.

Have to say im impressed, Shredxxx is a 3 ingredient fat burner consisting of 5mg yohimbine, 12.5mg GW501516 and 12.5mg SR9009, so far I can vouch that its a legit product, can feel the GW making cardio easier and the yohimbine shakes and appetite suppression, pretty happy with it overall and will probably order more as its a great blend and saves having to take 3 seperate pills so cant fault them here at all.

They also threw in a 20 capsule sample of MK2866 / ostarine which was a nice suprise and blunted the negatives of the delivery time abit.
Was very skeptical of ordering off here as the reviews are very much calling peptex labs a scam and at that point had pretty much accpeted I had lost my money, so was suprised when i got my order. Not sure that if youre having issues with your order your outside the UK? seems to be alot of people losing out on money and not getting there order.
I also paid via bank transfer not BTC or any other method.

I will probably order from here again, product is great and the free sample was a nice touch but seeing so many people losing money and not reciving orders does make me think twice that i may have just got lucky which is a shame because they have a great range of stock.
Hopefully it was just a phase and they've had a reset and are now back on the ball with orders but i'd take that with a pinch of salt, do your own research and purchase with a bit of caution luckily I can vouch for them so far, will do another order soon and will keep you all updated!

Placed an order in August. Received a tracking number that was invalid, still waiting on order now. No response to emails but has the cheek to send me a coupon for money off. Wrote my £140 off. Absolute scammer, avoid at all costs

Takes your money then ignores you. And when he finally does reply promises to send everything out and refund but doesn't do either.
He is Thief, a scammer. Don't waste your time with him

Total rip off i paid £140 for products nearly 2 month ago haven't received any of them emailed them about 6 times no reply tried calling a few times no answer its a absolute joke. I don't normally leave reviews but if this the only way to get a response so be it

Had to wait a couple weeks for my order but it arrived eventually got a free tb500 with my order which was a nice surprise im going to be running the bpc on my torn rotator for the next few weeks and will update with results if any in due course

Scammer, always misses something in your order and then doesn't respond back when you send mail. They did that twice to me. There were items worth 70 euro missing last time. I sent 4 mails about it and they never responded back. Also their bpc and tb500 is fake or ruined because of handling.

Please be aware and don’t get fooled by the discounts that this shady company offers.You won’t get your order sent after you’ve paid and it will take an ages to receive it or even get a reply.How this guy is still running a business is mind boggling

Wade promises products takes the money then doesn't deliver and ignores all communications. Company is a scam who have effectively stolen a lot of money. Avoid.

I have ordered their products from this company many times. I have never had problems with orders. Sometimes I had to wait 1-2 days longer for the shipment. But it's honestly worth it. You're doing a good job, Wade.
Ps. I recommend subscribing to the newsletter, then you are informed about new products and discount codes.

On my 1st order with Peptex, they left an item out.
They ignored all my emails and voice mails for 2 months!!!
When Wade (who seems to be the owner) finally responded he was polite and apologetic to the point where I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and place another order.
Wade promised to put the missing item (from the 1st order) in with my 2nd order.
I have tracking from Royal mail.
It has said 'we are expecting the order' for nearly 2 weeks now.
I'm pretty incensed about this and embarrassed that I fell for it again.
I have sent an email every day and filled out the forms on their website but I'm being ignored (again).
Yet they have the time to update their homepage every day.
(To get more custom, while existing customers are ignored, I'm sure I would get a reply if I emailed regarding placing an order!!)
Around 6 days after I placed my order, the homepage said they would be closing for a day to catch up on orders and any outstanding orders will be received the next day.
A further 6 days from this announcement I still don't have my order and am still being ignored..
It looks like I have lost my money and have had to order from another company (I have been told by numerous people to go with UKPeptides). but thanks to Peptex I have had to pay twice and lets face it, trusting somebody and paying them only to be ignored does make you pretty frustrated and stressed.
I will be calling my bank tomorrow to chase the money.
I couldn't seem to leave a zero star review hence the one star.
Peptex (Wade) - it turns out you are known for this. you are going to lose your business treating customers this way.

Just received my first order. To be honest I was a bit sceptical after I read some of the reviews on here but it arrived as described. I haven't tested the product yet so can't comment on that but let's hope for the best.

People dont buy at this shop what ever your head or other people telling you dont buy here, you will get absolut nothing and the owner of this shop is also lost, im gonna try to write a report by the police, but its also probaly everything fake of his personals.

sent him my last saved money and order still on pending no product, no communication and service as he promise.The email adresses doesnt even exist, i wish i would read all that before. Can we not try to write together a criminal report on them. At least we people from europe.

Complete disappointment.
Ordered and transfered money right away and it's been over two weeks and my products nowhere.
Emails don't work phone doesn't workso no communication at all. I don't know what to do or where to report that so I can get my money back.
I am fuming.
Never seen anything like that, shame.
