I've been using peptex labs since june/July 2020, I made a mistake on the order as I was in a rush to get it in, I explained and it got sorted within a week which isnt bad. Take covid laws out of it and the company will work better as it did before but covid laws make it difficult for smaller businesses than bigger ones but most people dont have enough brain cells to realise that,most consumers just want want want, I've worked in customer service and feck no is the customer always right.

Sorry but covid has messed alot of people and businesses over the last 12 months but people still want want want get a life and grow up it's like playground bullying on here

Post has delays everyone has delays and were only human so mistakes are always bound to happen.

Happy with products happy with the service I get so no issues from me maybe the sad ones on here need to buy a prozzy for the night, might put a smile on your face for a bit.

Don't order of this company I've been using them awhile as soon as they switched to bank transfer. I have been ripped off sent for 4 bottles with his bs pay for 2 get 4 off or 50% code off. Only received 1 bottle so he knows about the order. I've paid double the price won't be using them again! Can't email them back as email says not found,can't ring them as mailbox full. Awful customer service avoid at all costs.My order was 4869 I called him a Wa***r which I regret but you don't treat loyal customers like this! UPDATE I've made further attempts to make contact with this company absolutely nothing. Closing my account now! Its not nice to call people losers as the review below but if this is how he treats his customers. Ive still heard nothing no response its been months not weeks and only recieved 25% of my order. I'm actually quite sad to have to write this review as I have had a good relationship with peptex in the past.
I cannot, however, do business with a company that I can't get hold of.
I have emailed the wade address, the support address and used the email function on the new site numerous times over the last 3 weeks as well as ringing the number on the site and leaving several voicemails.
I have received zero replies.
I would love to know how anyone could possibly buy with confidence from a site who operates like this?!
I have no complaint about the products which makes it such a shame that I feel I have to do this.
My score for Peptex has plummeted from 5 stars to 2 stars as a result of this.
I have just found a sarm store which has a much better score on trustpilot than peptex.
I went on their site and managed to talk to someone immediately on live chat about a query I had about a product... this is on a Sunday!
As a result of this I was so impressed I have just bought two of their products.
I think you need to take note here peptex.

I am very surprised about the negative reviews. My experience with Peptex labs and their product lines has been excellent. I am an Australian living abroad and had previously purchased products there ( of which I was satisfied ): on relocating I tried several different UK sites - all in all I was disappointed with their product lines and there was even one site that had failed to deliver and would not resend my order or refund after giving me the run around on a number of occasions ( I wrote a negative review on this site ). With Peptex product lines I am an extremely satisfied customer.
With regard to service, although, I did have one order that had gone astray and was not delivered
( all other orders prompt delivery ) - I decided to give it a 6 week window from date due bearing in mind the problems with mail deliveries during this covid crisis before I attempted to contact Wade - he, however, pre-empted me with an apologetic email and rectified this situation, and immediately dispatched a new order.

I removed my negative review because Wade, owner of Petpex Labs, has gone above and beyond to resolve the issues I experienced. My order finally arrived this week and I am incredible happy with the resolution to my complaint.

Dear Customers,
Our site is open to view (kind of 😉) but we are not presently accepting orders until 1st Jan 2021.
We have made this decision based on numerous factors, obviously the pandemic, moving locations repeatedly, hiring and firing staff – it has been a mad 2020 that is for sure!

My goal over the next 6 weeks is to:
A) Set in play processes where I am communicating with my customers in rapid time on multiple platforms – my customers come first and this is an area which has bothered me for a few months, with email issues, volume issues, spammers etc. We now have hired a professional security team to oversee this on the new site we are building.
B) Assess existing products – clear out those that are not so popular as immediate stocks, and we are adding a whole load of new peptides with a more professional updated website.
C) Logistics – Royal Mail have cost me thousands this year in lost or delayed items – so we had set aside a new courier to use and we will begin using them from November 1st.
D) REST! I have been doing 14/16-hour days, as well as training, and trying my best to be a good Husband and Father. So, some downtime desk-based work is welcomed.
E) Investment/Fund raising – I am now at a stage where I am seeking outside external investment from an Angel Investor in return for a stake of the business i.e. a percentage ownership. The other alternative is crowdfunding, as I will be testing every batch of new products that arrive, and will publish them with full transparency – but the cost for a peptide to be sequenced (to validate label claim) dosage and purity is huge - £300+ a peptide. So I am seeking assistance in buying my own lab testing machinery or continual requests for help with testing! Either way I will find a way!

We wvae a Youtube channel to further enhance customer comms, provide an insight into what we do, explanations on the different peptides and new peptides in the pipeline and so on.

Away from the normal the channel will focus on other area – fun areas – which will be a surprise to many 😊
That is enough of my rambling – THANK you too all our customers through what has been a challenging year. It has affected us all – but do not let it! You control your emotions and if you cannot – stay strong and become mentally strong, use this downtime as a positive to enhance any areas you did not have time to before (I am working on a kidney support product for bodybuilders who all take Milk Thistle Tudca etc yet I have lost friends and family to kidney failure, yet nobody makes a big deal of this? More info to come later down the line but it will be 100% natural and can be used by a wide range of clients)

Latest order not received. No reply from any email address or phone number I can find associated with the company.

I am still waiting for my purchase, (Order ID: 4267) from 24th July, when will you ship? maybe you will?

My order number is 4414. I order on 23 August . The order was due on 28th before 1pm. But the order never arrived . Even the tracking number is not working on Royal Mail app. I sent them innumerable emails and messages on all their WhatsApp numbers but they keep changing their contact numbers and emails . I am clearly scammed by Peptex labs . Please don’t buy from Peptex labs . Search for other peptide vandors .
EDIT : I have received my peptides today. But still haven’t heard any reply of my emails and messages . I will give their peptides a go and will post my result . But yeah their customer service is 0 out of 10.

I haved ordered about 4 times from peptex labs and I haved received all my orders. The last order I haved made on 17 June I didn't receive it still this day . I send Wade multiple emails but unfortunately without any response.

I didn’t order anything from this website , Thank god. I sent enquiry regarding some peptides via email , WhatsApp and then used their ticket system too. But didn’t receive any reply. After reading all the negative comments on here I think Peptex-labs is a scam. Contact the seller and do your research about him before placing any order .

I placed and payed my order #4236 on monday 13th july and since today saturday 18th july he still have to ship It.
He have me a tracking code from Royal Mail wich shows nothing Is been taken yet.
I think Wade Is a selective scammer.

i've been waiting for some sarms since march..order n. 3818.....didn't get the stuff, niether money back nor reply from them .. don't trust them at all !!

Had been thinking for a while I wanted to try peptides although wasn’t prepared to do anything until I’d fully researched. I’d seen peptex labs come up in a few forums and began finding out what I could. If you look up wade on linked in I found there was so much information in his bio that I felt confident. This isn’t a hobbie for him clearly and it’s his whole life. The fact they were prepared to
Put their branding on the bottles also said a lot as you have to be confident before putting your name to something. I have been using them for not even two weeks and I am seeing amazing results already. I even managed to get 40% off my order which I thought was just ridiculous and wondered how he could be making money. I don’t think it’s about the money for him though. I researched many companies, don’t waste your time and use peptex labs. I realise reading this back I almost sound like a Fake review but honestly I m. Complete novice, I barely even work out and completely inexperienced with this.the only issue I had was that my order hadn’t been delivered the first time but I was not bothered in the slightest as I knew it was out of his control and it is covid. Try it for yourself and you won’t be dissappointed.
