The shoes are all fake!! They don’t respond to messages! Also they have told me they have refunded my money which they haven’t.
Total con!!

Shoes are exactly as described

Shoes are exactly as described. Shipping took longer than I expected. From what I could tell the shoes originated from stock in London and I'm in the North East of England, so it really only should have taken a week tops to get them.

Very poor company

Sent me wrong tracking number for my item ? Very rude? Not honest at all?and certainly not helpful I will not use these again they cause me no end phone calls stress .

STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! Everything in this page is fake. I asked about a refund after I realized the shoes that arrived after 2 weeks are fake, they refused of course but because I’ve paid through Klarna I got my money back. Klarna put pressure on the company, in the end that have asked me to give them a good review for a refund. Seriously? I’m not that stupid. Stay away.

Perfect feet perfect 5* service

Perfect feet where brilliant! I totally messed my order but already paid, explained to PF just by chat my money was back in my bank next morning ( not 7 days) the next morning!! Excellent service! Will defo use them again, once my son makes his mind up what trainers he wants !! Cheers guys!!

I ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter. They turned out to be a size too small. No problem exchanging them for the right size. This would have been a five star review if communication was a bit easier. Other than that: very good service.

SCAM

SCAM! Do not buy anything from this website. They sent me a fake pair of shoes with no option to return them. I managed to find an address and sent them myself but still no refund after 4 weeks!

Bought Air Jordans for my son FAKES FAKES

Bought Air Jordans for my son, I put them away for his birthday, Ordered 14 June Delivered 24 July. By the time his birthday came they were too small. I checked and I was past the returns date. So I sold the Jordans. as part of the sale agreement, I had to send them off to a company to be authenticated. They came back as FAKES. I have contacted the company and basically, they are really unprofessional.

Hope you are keeping well and thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your concern, we have checked your order details on behalf of the order number that you mentioned above, your order was dispatched on 16th of the June and had been delivered on the 25th of July. It's been 4 months since your order was delivered, our return and refund policy is only up to 15 days after receiving the order and if the customer has to make a claim for a major reason, we could extend it to accept a customer's claim for only 1 month if there is a service issue. But your order has delivered to you 4 months ago, you are not eligible to make any claim at that time and we refrain from taking any action on your complaints because it is against our policy and we are not authorized to do so. If you found these trainers to be faulty or counterfeit right out of the box, you should have to contact us at the same time to let us know before wearing them. You cannot establish a free opinion of anything against us by reading these reviews because these reviews you will see these on every website that has it for blackmailing websites, and we have also provided you with a screenshot of this policy, you can see the policy limitation and its titles. So consider this before you threaten to give us a bad review on Trustpilot, what's the month of your order and now you are not eligible for it can any action be taken on your complaint? You have threatened to us leave a bad review on Trustpilot this is direct blackmailing and we could also complain to your bank through Klarna because klarna deals with these types of violations and blackmailing very strictly. So, it is important for you to understand the process properly and know about the policies for online shopping. We hope you will now understand it positively and kindly manners.

ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE POSTED A REPLY 22/11/2022 SAYING THEY WILL RECTIFY THIS I JUST NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM I HAVE EMAILED THEM ON THIS ADDRESS AND HAD A MICROSOFT BOUNCEBACK SAYING THE EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST.THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE WILLING TO RESOLVE ISSUES BY SUPPLYING AN EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH DOES NOT WORK.

I ordered air Jordan 1s from perfect…

I ordered air Jordan 1s from perfect feet’s and only after reading the reviews I thought the worst. One they would never arrive or two, if they did, they would be fakes. Also the tracking didn’t work which made me the believe the negative reviews even more.
I can’t speak for all however they arrived perfectly and in time. Checked videos to spot air jordan 1 fakes but these past every test. So besides the tracking not working, the product was authentic, real and arrived decently on time.

PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!

Ordered some shoes. Didn't arrive. Kept getting told they were on the way. After a month or so we asked for a refund, and they kept saying "wait wait I contact the delivery company". Kept asking for a refund and was REFUSED and told I put an 'incorrect address'??. They stopped replying on the online customer service chat, and there is no phone number to call (Big red flag).
An absolutely shambles of a SCAM company, horrific customer service, and currently talking with the bank to get back the money! PLEASE save yourself the headache and the money, and shop elsewhere!

These are just a few of my replies from this company with regards to my order. Which they are now saying I have received. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!
“ I am a student and I work here part time in customer service, I don't know how to write English well and in good sentence with grammars I don't know how to write a professional email in the online businesses, that's why sometimes I use offensive words often in the customer's replies”
“mistakes happen to everyone it does not mean that you qive us such a bad review on Trustpilot, it can also fire me from my job. If you delete it, my part-time job will be saved, otherwise this month will be my last month for this job”
“ If you want to get some percentage compensation for your order I can get that for you by talking to my boss. Then you don't have to return these trainers and we will give you a 10% refund but you have to delete your review. If not, I will send you the return address tomorrow you can get a refund by posting these trainers on it and showing us the return receipts.”
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TRAINERS!
