Very quick and efficient service from start to finish. Stevie Graham, Sales Manager was very helpful and recognised the urgency to replace the damaged windows following the epic storm. We are extremely pleased with our windows. Perfect glazing have excelled in their quality of product, customer service, value for money and fitting sash and case windows to our property. Fast efficient no nonsense buying experience with Eddie, Garry and Rose right through to Gerry Chris and team, taking exceptional care during the installation and enabling us to maintain the internal traditional look that we wanted. Going from single paned wooden windows, we can already feel the difference and the fit and finish are superb. A big thank you from us, in a highly competitive and tricky purchasing environment that is double glazing, these folks stand out and are highly recommended.

Just had a new back door fitted and we're highly delighted with the result. When I first contacted this company they were very quick to respond and when the representative came out he explained what they could supply, showed examples and provided a quote. The door was then manufactured and the fitter arrived today to carry out the installation. He was very polite, friendly and professional, and has done a very good job, leaving us with a new door that we're delighted with. Glad to have went with Perfect Glazing.

I wanted to refresh our windows in my house and contacted various companies. Perfect glazing stuck out as the whole process was so easy! The salesman was understanding and knowledgable. They booked the installation in quick and the installers were friendly and quick! My windows are truly perfect! I would highly recommend!

I would say to anyone to think twice about using this company. Fitters were excellent, however, when I had an issue with one of the windows no one wanted to know and I had to keep contacting the company either by phone or e mail to enquire about what they were going to do. Someone did eventually come out claimed by the manager of the company to be an ‘expert’ but still no further forward and still waiting on them getting back to me since 16th December!!!
25th February - update
After several more communications with this company my defective window was replaced on 11th February. The fitters of the defective window were very good.

I have just had all my windows and doors replaced. The service from start to finish was great.
From the salesman Andy who was very helpful, then the surveyor Gordon who measured everything perfectly and finally the fitter Gerry and his team who did an exceptional job with no mess.
Highly recommend!

High quality windows, a main door and a patio slide door fitted swiftly by precision fitters, who cleaned up what minimal mess they made. Could not have gone better, even getting the work done during cold December.
Very pleased with the finish. From the easy order process to the end result, the least stressful building work I have gone through during a full house remodel.

**Bribed me with an offer of £100 to remove this bad review**

I never went ahead with the services as the the whole sales pitch was bordering on harassment in my opinion.

At 1pm the sales person turns up at my house provides me with a quote then all the usual what will it take to get a sale today. I explained I won't be making a decision today as I want a few more quotes before making a decision. He then spoke about calling his manager for a better price but would need a decision now I once again said I won't be saying yes but asked him to give me his best price otherwise I'll keep note of the original quote. He also suggested I pay a £100 deposit but can change my mind after 2 week, once again I said no but agreed he would call me on the Monday afternoon (this was Thursday afternoon).

The appointment finished about 1.35pm and at 2.04pm I received a text message from the Sales Regional Manager saying he would offer me this price for a 'speedy decision.' At this point I had enough of saying no so I text back explaining I felt pressurised and have already said no multiple times so no longer interested. I was told I would e taken off their database and not contacted again.

At 5.42pm I received a phone call from another sales associate apparently to offer me another price for a 'speedy decision.' Again I had to say no i won't be making a decision today and actually I should have already been removed from the database. I hadn't planned on leaving a review however the third person contacting me in the space of 5 hours sent me over the edge with it. Its stressful enough without being bombarded with texts and calls asking you to make a decision quick.

The whole experience was pretty awful and constantly having to explain yourself as you tell them no isn't acceptable.

Edit: I did not ask someone to pop out ASAP i said if you had availability before Christmas that would be great. I also made it clear I wouldnt make a decision on the day and told him I was relaxed about time frames and would be fine to wait until January which would push back a fitting date until Feb.

Yes it seems the double glazing firms are a massive scam which I told your colleague about during the appointment which he agreed with me a lot of companies are out there to scam you.

It was also insightful to know that if someone leaves a bad review you bribe them with £100 to remove it - so much for the genuine Trust Pilot reviews. Very unethical.

Just had a new front door installed. Excellent and very pleasant advice From good Gary, when picking the product. Fitter made a great job of installing the door, looks Fabulous.
