Appalling service be aware 
One of the worst experiences of my life !!! took over a month for the item to be sent and missed the birthday requirements, so therefore returned, it’s taken another two weeks for it to be returned and nearly 3 months in and I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve now had to contact my bank !!!’ BE WARNED they are not customer empathy or customer focused appalling service !
