We purchased the Pergolux S2 with glass walls and other accessories. The system is incredibly robust, beautifully elegant and provides the perfect solution to enjoy outdoor spaces despite the weather. As far as investments go, this is one of my favourites, creating a wonderful addition to our home and garden! The system was relatively easy to install with reasonably user friendly instructions, but it's true to say that studying them prior to assembly is an absolute must and if you have questions, ask the Pergolux team. They were very responsive and incredibly accommodating. We incurred a number of delays, which prolonged the period from purchase to complete product install. Its fair to say, patience was required, but the Pergolux team were outstanding. They took really great care of us from start to finish. There are many ways to contact the team, enabling round the clock support (live chat, phone or email). I found most methods to be very responsive, so you can choose your preferred method and get great results every time. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they value customer feedback, clearly putting customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. I found this to be consistent across all teams (sales, warehouse & customer service). We were so pleased with our first product we purchased a second smaller one, without glass walls to house our hottub. If you are considering buying one of these, don't delay your decision. I thoroughly recommend the product and the Pergolux team delivered some of the finest customer service I have ever experienced!

Assembly pretty straight forward, my wife and I, both in retirement, managed to put it up in a couple of days no problem.

I’ve had my pergola for a couple of weeks now and it’s brilliant! For someone who’s been unable to be in their south facing garden for most months of the year for the last ten years due to an autoimmune condition that means I have to avoid the sun it really is a life changer! I can be out come sun or rain.

Took two people nearly three days to erect (but space was limited which made things more difficult) and all fittings were provided, all you need are two ladders, a mallet, a screwdriver and a drill plus lots of You Tube videos to walk you through step by step.

I opted to get coloured lights and they’re fab. Purple is the best but the red will be lovely on cooler autumn evenings and the two very different blues are lovely and cooling when it’s hot.

There were some issues with delivery which Pergolux advised were down to the courier company. Pergolux customer service were great, one person took ownership of the issue and it was eventually sorted.

Looking forward to many years of use especially with our inclement weather!

Good quality product design. It was fairly easy to construct using the PDF manuals and videos available (VIP to consult the videos for some parts of the construction). Some parts (screen) was bulky/heavy to install. For this we used some support ropes to take the weight to enable easier installation. Also when fixing the corners we used rags to cover the open posts to prevent any screws falling down. One fell down! and we had to fish it out😁. The pergola is installed on a patio, we constructed concrete pads blocks for mounting the legs on, far better than trying to fix to patio slabs.

The website was very simple to use as was the ordering process. Very impressed with the delivery time which was within 7 days of order and the delivery team placed the delivery where requested. The packaging of the items within the boxes was also impressive which meant there was no damage noted in transit.
The instructions for installation were very clear and easy to use. With a 4m x 5m frame I was expecting a few problems with installation but my wife and I had no problems installing it.
Price of the Pergola was not the cheapest on the market but it was very competitive for the good quality of the product.
Overall I am very impressed with the product so far and would recommend the company.

We knew exactly what we wanted and Pergolux had the perfect solution for us: a freestanding aluminium pergola with led lights, heater and glass sliding doors. This option allow us to enjoy the garden all year and combines quality, comfort, and aesthetics with no need to worry about birds, cats or foxes doing any mess. Being honest, the experience was quite a journey and we had issues and concerns with delivery and packaging (not all tottaly Pergolux fault). There is still room for improvement but, in complete fairness, Pergolux acknowledged our situation, took accountability and worked with us towards a resolution. A massive thanks to the UK team, and a special note of appreciation to the UK Country Manager who did the extra mile to (re)built trust and confidence. Where most companies fail to recognize problems, outstanding companies with strong leadership/management transform challenges into opportunities for growth and strengthen relationship with clients. And they did it. Installation is not a joke and M. Heavens did the job brilliantly. The final product speaks for itself. Yes, we would do it all over again. Well done, UK Team!!!

Amazing build quality, easy to assemble although you will need at least two people with some strength behind them. Looks absolutely amazing in our garden, and we received a great deal on the pergola, two screens and heater. Amazing product. Have since bought the LED lights and they add real ambience to the pergola and the garden as a whole. Couldn't be happier, will be ordering another pergola next year for a different location in the garden.

Excellent. This is one of the best things we have bought. We got the P3 3m x 3m, with sliding glass doors, heater and LED lights. It arrived in a few weeks and we had it installed by the Pergolux installers, who were really great had it installed within a day. It is really well made and had given us an extra room in our house. Would highly recommend.

The product is superb, the company really helpful and the ease of ordering excellent. The additions are all great quality and paying for the brilliant installation team was worth every penny. The installer was professional, worked hard and left the space even tidier than when they arrived. They also cleared up all the rubbish and cardboard ready for me to take to the tip. Just to say that it was PI-Installations who did the install.

Great experience from start to finish and a very strong product. The instructions were at a level expected with a product of such quality and as such should be read repeatedly before attempting. Went together easily and is a very sturdy build. Looks great and a great party room outside!

Whole process from order to delivery was simple and efficient.
Construction of the Pergola was as the instructions stated, the product allowed me to modify it to suit my requirements.

In summary, very pleased with the product.
We visited the showroom nr Oxford, before committing to purchase, to check the quality and were very impressed with the product and the information provided, so we placed an order. It was much higher quality than other products that we had seen. We might have gone for the S3 but extended delivery times and features we really didn’t need meant we when for the S2 version instead. Delivery was prompt [about 1-week] and well communicated, very straightforward.
We built the pergola ourselves rather than using the installation service. It is very simple to put together, but you really need a minimum of two people (and three at times) primarily because of the length of the items or the need for someone to hold-on to or balance something whilst the other two do the assembly/lifting. Some parts are a bit fiddly, particularly the roller-screens, but again ok if you have three people. All the instructions are very clear and well set out.
We have a problem with the controller for the lights and motor, which didn’t work out-of-box, but currently working with customer support to resolve. They are very helpful, but difficult to contact, I think the overall Pergolux Team is quite small and I get the impression that they get overwhelmed at times with orders etc
All-in-all, very good, and we’d definitely buy again

I’d give four and a half stars if I could, but things fall short of a full five stars. There’s no doubt that this is a top notch quality product. However, even though the assembly instructions are quite good, there are two or three gaps, where you have to make it up as you go along and use your initiative. This was particularly the case with fitting the optional screen. There were parts missing. The Pergolux team were great at sorting this promptly. It took some doing tracking down the correct instructions. Again, there were a couple of hitches (the Pergolux online video missed stages out and did not tally with the official pdf - I cross-referenced this with the pdf). All done now, and, as said, a quality product!

Lovely S3 Pergola, good quality, excellent customer service

The Pergolux team have been really helpful from the moment I called them to discuss the space and foundation I had in my garden to making some changes after my new 'Garden Room' was put up. I love my space and always get comments about it. I'd recommend this to anyone thinking about expanding their living space in a versatile way. I bought the 4 x 3 metre option in Anthracite with a white roof which works well with my living room and garden features. I'd definitely get another if I moved! a very reasonable priced addition to my home.

It took a while to decide on the Pergolux S1 4 x 3m with a 4m screen but we are so glad we did. We live on a hill, beautiful views of over 30 miles but with the view you get the wind. This pergolux has stood up to gales in fact everything that the weather has thrown at it. It also saves us from the sun when it gets very hot giving us a shady spot in a south west facing garden. Putting up, we are 2 over 60 years old and managed it, we took our time and spent a couple of hours a day for 3 days. The result absolutely brilliant, the best item we have spent money on in years. Everyone who has seen it thinks it is brilliant too.

The quality of the pergola is very good and it is easy to operate.
