It took a while to decide on the Pergolux S1 4 x 3m with a 4m screen but we are so glad we did. We live on a hill, beautiful views of over 30 miles but with the view you get the wind. This pergolux has stood up to gales in fact everything that the weather has thrown at it. It also saves us from the sun when it gets very hot giving us a shady spot in a south west facing garden. Putting up, we are 2 over 60 years old and managed it, we took our time and spent a couple of hours a day for 3 days. The result absolutely brilliant, the best item we have spent money on in years. Everyone who has seen it thinks it is brilliant too.

Good experience from start to finish! Website is easy to navigate and understand all the options. Delivery was well organised and materials well protected in transit so no damaged items. The quality of the pergola is very good and it is easy to operate. Used Pergola Installations as recommended on Pergolux site and was very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship that they provided.

After months of researching various makes and models we choice the 6x3m wall mounted S3 model from Pergolux, why, well because of the reviews and specifically because of the design and I have to say that I’m not disappointed.
The build quality and attention to detail is exceptional and has been manufactured to a very high standard in terms of both construction and features. Assembly was straight forward and as long as you follow the clear and well-illustrated instructions then you shouldn’t have a problem. The build took just a day and the results look fantastic. The S3 pergola comes highly recommended and represents excellent value for money, well done Pergolux.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We ordered over the phone/on-line originally when their promotion weekend was on. However, as we lived close by, we visited their showroom a few days later and was glad we did. We ended up changing the size and going for glass sliding doors instead of blinds. Their showroom was great and again the staff talked us through every aspect. We were able to change our order without any issues. The product was available for delivery when they stated, but it was us that had to hold off a month due to the landscaping of the garden not being quite ready. This again was no problem. We went with their recommended installation fitters who have worked on their products for a few years and we found them also fantastic and worth the cost. Not an easy task which they took in their stride and didn't leave until the job was finished that day. Glad to be using local companies to us in Oxfordshire. I would 100% Recommend Pergolux UK and their products.

the product itself is fine... although we were missing parts, so fitters need to return. The problem is how dark its made our house inside. Our house is west facing... we have a white roof, and it rotates. I would say my kitchen now needs the lights on to see properly. I would have got a cheaper model that allows you to fully retract the roof. If i could return it, I would!

Thanks for your reply. This is to help others: my advice is not to place the pergola with the slats horizontally.... no skylight can be seen when inside your house. If placed vertically, then when the roof is tilted, you can see sunlight. Also, the winding stick is naff, get the electronic switch.

After having a WhatsApp video call with Tarek,we chose a freestanding 4x3m Pergolux S3 with the optional LED lights, and with the anthracite frame and manually controlled, white louvres.

The assembly process was not quick, but the instructions on the app, together with the videos, made it relatively clear on what went where & when etc. As with many others who have commented, we would say that it will take a “first time” Pergolux builder closer to a few days to complete.

We are delighted with the quality of the S3, and as we’ve had nothing but sunshine since we completed it, we can’t yet comment on the drainage system.

We would definitely recommend the white louvres if you are adding the LED’s, as the white reflects the light from the strip lights beautifully.

Overall great product well made if you do need to talk to the support time then the live chat is quicker.
Its transform the garden to out door living space 👌love it.

I am over the moon with the pergola, the quality is very good and looks amazing in my garden. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery time let you down, and the communication regarding the delivery was poor, as I had to keep chasing up on this, but the overall pergola is fantastic and would definitely recommend to anyone but order early as the wait is long

I love my Pergola, what a great addition to our garden! I was a little apprehensive about this purchase, given some of the reviews about long waiting times, but whilst it would seem that the 6-10 day lead time is perhaps optimistic, I can say mine took just under 3 weeks to arrive (in October 2024) and I was happy with that. The lights and heater took a couple more months, but since I built this as an ongoing project over the winter, I wasn't too bothered about that. Emails and webchat isn't the best for a swift response, but phoning up does the trick. Cerian was very pleasant and helpful throughout.
I finished off my new deck and pergola with composite fencing from a different company. A bit disappointed that the smart system is now on offer when it wasn't last year, so may look to upgrade to that system sooner rather than later as the remote doesn't always work as well as it should. Will probably buy a screen or two at some point in the future as well.
Good value for money. There are cheaper out there, but they look cheaper too. It looks up there with some of the really expensive ones in my opinion.

The Pergola, which is a wall mounted Sundream S3, is really well made and looks amazing now that it is up. The roof is totally sealed when closed and having had torrential rain recently on it, it doesn’t leak at all. We can’t wait to to make full use of the space now that the install is complete. We used Pergola Installations to install the fixed glass wall aspect of the pergola and they did a fantastic job in absolutely horrendous weather ,were polite and tidied up incredibly well.

Please check before buying that what appears on line, can actually keep you protected from the elements.
I bought a pergola with glass doors and screens in good faith, pictures online show it with stands the elements. It doesn’t, you can have water ingress, (in the extra info after it happens but don’t discuss at point of sale).
I have spent probably a further three quarters of the amount to my desired effect as the picture looked.
They are ombudsman registered.
Their complaints manager who alledgely was following my case, has not been in touch and was apparently based abroad.
I’m happy for those of who who had a good experience but many was awful, late deliveries, extra costs etc etc etc

Updated to 3 stars as we did eventually get good customer service with Emmett personally taking care of our order. We’re also pleased with the Pergolux itself overall, however we have struggled to make it waterproof, eventually making the holes at the bottom of the legs bigger and filling the bottom with liquid rubber as sealant/flashing wasn’t enough. We also find in heavy rain the gullies get overwhelmed with water splashing from the gullies into the Pergolux. Overall though it’s a fantastic space and it is like having an extra room to our house.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Ordered the end of April, given a 6-10 day lead time. Zero proactive communication, I eventually chased down the frame that was delivered end of May - even that was terrible. I was told the delivery would be 7.00-9.00, at 10.30 (1.5 hours after the delivery window) I was sent another text advising 7.00-9.00. I eventually got hold of the driver myself and it was delivered 17.30. It wasn’t down to traffic etc, it was never going to be delivered that morning.

I was told at the beginning of May that the glass would be delivered beginning of June. After chasing again I was told yesterday it would not clear customs until the end of July so likely to be August delivery (followed by a smiley face!)!! They are still advertising on their site that it’s in stock.

Now we have it, overall it’s a great product, they really could do with hiring more people in customer service as their popularity undoubtedly grows to help keep customers updated.

Very well made product. So pleased we didn't go for a cheaper/less solid alternatives. There was an issue with the courier company but Pergolux went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

A part has stopped working (remote control receiving unit) so I can't use the Pergola. Customer Support just don't answer phone, chat or emails. I even tried to just buy the part again even though it's under warranty - but the sales team pick up chat straight away! I can't even buy it because only support can send it out!!!!

We have had a great experience from the first contact, quotation, enquirers.
We contacted customer support regarding a missing part, there was no hesitation a new part was posted and we received it next day.
The product is very well made and easy to assemble, we managed to assemble it ourselves and we are in our 70s.

Overall we are happy.

But we had initial issues with delivery - once we ordered our Pergola, two weeks elapsed and no communication other than the initial order confirmation. No answer from submitting an enquiry form, on hold to their customer service number for 30+ minutes before being cut off. Live chat worked however, and delivery was conducted a couple of days later.

Unfortunately we were missing a box on delivery, but this was quickly remedied (again via live chat).

Well, now it’s arrived! We have built it and I have to say we are over the moon with the product, the quality, ease of construction and the glass frameless sliding doors.

Would have been a five star review had it not been for the delivery issues.

Love our new pergola. We bought the S1 with one screen. It is fantastic quality and a classy addition to our home. Very versatile in terms of adjusting dependent on sun/breeze. Ordering, packaging and delivery brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

The PERGOLA is brilliant and great quality.
It took a little longer than 3 hours, two Sundays to be exact however we are very pleased with the results.
Need to be aware of the website promoting the series 3 as we thought that the electronic opening and lighting was on all the models however for all other models and not the standard.
