I did a lot of research on pergolas during our yard remodel - very happy I went with Pergolux. We get so many complements from everyone that comes over. Not only looks great but functionality works well also - electric louvers, heating lamps, etc. Pergolux team was very helpful with any questions.

This product is excellently manufactured. Fit and finish is exceptional. The instructions and videos make assembly a breeze. I had some help with the initial erection, but the majority of the build was on my own. The lighting package is a definite plus and the electric heater is a nice touch of heat from behind on the cool evenings with our outdoor fireplace. We added a shade on the left side which filters the sun perfectly. Our outside space use has grown exponentially.

The quality of product is of very high quality. Unfortunately my pergola arrived with some damage and getting C/S to resolve was not exactly easy nor the resolution to 100% satisfactory.

Great product but the installation was extremely difficult and communication for delivery was not good at all.

Instructions were awful, not clear instructions at all. Also missing part for heater. In addition broken heat bulb and no way to replace except to buy a whole new heater. Extremely disappointed.

We love our new pergola. We did the install with their partners and it was fast and easy. The pergola looks sturdy and as a premium look, the motorized roof is really great. It’s a great product for the price!

I knew I was going to like the Pergola by Pergolux from the ads, but I had no idea how much it would positively impact our lives.

We live in Seattle, even when it’s down-pouring, we just close the louvers, pull down the screens, turn up the heat and we will be extending our outdoor for another several months….maybe even into the winter. :-)

I find myself looking for excuses to eat outside, work on my computer outside, invite friends over just because I absolutely love the space.

We've been enjoying our Pergolux for almost a year now, spending more outdoor time on our patio than ever before. We have ZERO regrets about our choice and love our Pergolux patio! Our neighbor's jaw dropped when I showed him the powered canopy and inlaid lighting.

This company was super easy to work with, responsive and accommodating from initial inquiry to completed installation. There was a small issue with the motor at the beginning, but they were all over it and made everything right, cheerfully and to our satisfaction.

Pergolux is a well made, quality product at a competitive and fair price. I can't recommend them enough.

False advertising with the lights. Barely produces any light under the pergola area. All photos at night showing the area very bright with only the pergola lights. Till now my 13x19 sundream 2 is struggling with just 1 motor to open and close the louves. Electricians have told me it needs atleast 2 motors to not overwork the other one. Was not advertised that additional heaters I purchased with the pergola could not be placed where it needed to be as the power supply is at the opposite end. Asked for assistance for their stamped engineering plans as our city required them to be permitted and all I was told was that I needed to pay their engineer a wild amount to get a copy of these stamped plans. You would think with a prefabricated piece this large and this expensive this was the least they could have provided. Wish I could have just returned it but even that was more hassle than they advertised not to mention all the costs that returning this would entail on my end.

We have had our Pergolux now for a couple of months and are very happy. A neighbor has had one for awhile and they also are very happy with theirs.
I did pretty intensive research into the various brands and also wooden structures. Pergolux is not inexpensive but I find well crafted and seemingly built to last. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or their recommended installation company.

It's been 6 months since we installed the Pergolux Sundream 13x13 unit. The printed and electronic installation instructions are very vague for the layman person trying to put this together. If it wasn't for the online video that was posted I don't know if I could have pulled it off. I got major sticker shock when contacting the third party installer they use. The heater was missing some parts, but a customer service person was able to ship out the correct parts. We were disappointed in the availability of customer service at times, but they are trying to ramp up their staff. The service panel was also a major issue for us as we could not get it opened and closed easily when working on the control module (final heater install). I ended up having to contact support several times before figuring out a solution. Apparently they are going to a service panel type access on newer models which will be much better.
Once installed it has been a very positive experience for us. The craftmanship is really solid and it was enjoyable to have the shade from the sun this year. We definitely need a screen for the front section as the Pergola could only block so much direct sunlight. I wish the unit had the ability to install both a screen and the glass panel for colder weather.

We love our pergola. The whole process from order to delivery was super simple. We were very pleased with how well the components were packaged. Assembly was pretty straightforward using the included instructions as well as watching the online videos. It did take a couple of days for my husband and myself to complete the assembly but he's 70 and I'm 60. Customer service was very helpful when it was found that we were missing a couple of parts.

The pergola is awesome, and went together easily once I found the right manuals. I bought the S3 version and it was difficult to find the manual. Every manual on the website and the you tube videos were for the prior version. While it was similar, there were some differences in the parts. Also I am not a big fan of pictograms especially when they show the wrong parts.
I called customer service for an issue and I can’t say enough good things about them. Incredibly helpful and responsive!

We love our pergolux! It’s the perfect way to extend your outdoor space. Sturdy and comfortable. Amazing add-ons, with a wonderful looking appeal. Very pleased!

Officially had my 13x19 Pergolux Skydance S3 installed in the backyard with frameless glass sliding doors. It immediately takes my backyard from a standard layout to a modern luxury look. I absolutely love the entire look and the ability to fully open or close the doors. Worth Every Penny

Although my pergola has not arrived yet, another day could not go by without commending Customer Service support that worked with me. They showed teamwork, professionalism, & very knowledgeable in answering my questions & knowing the product. A special shout-out to Isaiah. He returned my emails & phone calls always in an expeditious manner. Showing understanding & patience when I would grow weary. Kudos to you, Mr. Isaiah you definitely contributed to my memorable experience with Pergolux. Updates forthcoming once arrival & installation of my pergola.

We paid for professional installation. The product is great, very nicely made and installed. HOWEVER the louvers failed to open in less than a month. Attempting to obtain support for what seems to be a warranty failure reveals that the company assumes their product is a DIY installation and "does not have any technicians available" to assist. Various YouTube videos were recommended which did not adequately address the issue and in any event were beyond what could be reasonably expected for the buyer who had paid for installation. We were given the contact for an installation company, but it appears the cost of remediation is on us. Recommend you assume this is an attractive, well made product but no warranty assistance unless you did your own installation.
