Outstanding Customer Service
Minutes after placing my order online I received a phone call looking to confirm two different shades of white to ensure I had not made a mistake. The level of service and care one would normally expect in a shop was a welcomed surprise with an online order.

First rate service. I rang to enquire about ordering tiles. Mark looked and asked if he could ring me back so he could check stock. I was called back within 10 minutes, the order was placed by phone and the following morning the tiles arrived. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service/lack of updates or return calls
Ordered a fire surround from the online store in September last year. Website stated “in stock”. Adam from PPS emailed and advised that likely to be a delay of approx 12 weeks. Had no issue with this but had to always chase for updates from Adam and very rarely had return calls. Surround eventually delivered 10 days ago. Came direct from supplier, flat pack with no fixings or instructions. Called Period Property immediately upon receipt and was assured instructions and fixings would be sent. No further contact or update so sourced own screws and had to look at old surround to work out fixing of marble and fire. Overall very poor customer service so I would not recommend.
