It was a brief encounter for permission to proceed with shipment and I was informed of the impending duty charges expected by the carrier into US.
rep. was very cordial, to the point and I was greeted well.

There was some confusion with shipping first and then order but the Pernia’s customer service has been very prompt and responsive in answering my queries and resolving the issue/ confusion. I also was very pleased to talk with Jigar and love the exceptional customer service experience. Waiting for the shipment and would write a response after that. Sunil

I had a concern about my ordered clothing and the company was very quick to respond/provide me with updates. They were communicative through the whole process via WhatsApp and provided options as well. Henry was my primary point of contact and he was on top of it when having me confirm certain things! Appreciative of him and his helpfulness!

He made all my buying very smooth & convenient. He helped me with customization & was prompt in replying to all my queries.

Henry jackson helped me size my dress and ship efficiently. This is my first time shopping on here so I needed help on what my size could be.

Definitely a 5 plus star rating!!! Excellent customer service!! My experience is not the 1st time. I have purchased a few times before and every time they have gone out of the way to make sure I am satisfied with resolution and the product. Jigar has been exceptional at his customer service and it has been a pleasure dealing with their team of professionals. I think its the combo of the best collection on Pernia platform with top most customer service!!!!!

I liked the quality of the product . It's just that it took 1 month or more for 1 saree to come and that was too long.
Some simple customisation like making saree pallu free hand should be free of cost but somehow it was getting added up in the previous price.

Pernia is very professional and helpful once you get the right person. Henry helped me quickly on rerouting my packages and changing the address for delivery. Delivery was very quick which is amazing!

Worst experience ever. I placed an order online for a product. I was told the fabric is not available and opted for a different one based on the suggestion of Ritika via what’s app. I was as then told it would ship 30 days after ordering. I asked that my order be cancelled as the wedding I was attending was past the 30 days. I was denied a refund and they kept pestering me with emails saying they can’t do refunds after 24 hrs? lol they hadn’t even filled my order? I have already disputed the charges and sent screen shots from my conversations to the bank. It’s a shame how corrupt this company is. I would highly recommend checking Reddit before ordering from here. Additionally I would recommend anyone who has an issue to simply dispute the charges as they are clearly not honoring their end of a sales agreement. It’s really sad to see the other reviews of how terrible this company is to ruin people’s weddings and other special occasions…

In reply to your response I will simply say this: the alternative fabric was never finalized. My what’s app messages clearly show that once the delivery time frame was revealed I asked for cancellation.

Henry was great, he was able to help me quickly and make the changes needed for me to get my outfit. Easy to work with and I would recommend!

Jigar Doshi made my shopping experience at Pernia’s a very pleasant experience. It was in total contrast with what I had heard about Pernia’s. I’m glad that I shopped here. I will definitely be back for more!!

Stay away from them. They are a complete scam.
On two separate occasions, they accepted my order, took my payment, and then informed me that the item was out of stock.
The first time, after taking my payment, they said the item was unavailable. Despite repeated follow-ups, they refused to issue a refund and only offered store credit.
The second time, I was forced to use that store credit and even paid additional money for another outfit. Once again, they came back saying the item was out of stock and that they could only issue more store credit—still no refund.
I then checked the designer's official website and found the item was available. When I questioned them, they suddenly claimed they could fulfil the order, but only if I paid an additional ₹22,000.
As a result, nearly ₹50,000 of my money is now tied up with them. This entire experience has caused me unnecessary stress for over a year.
I will be taking legal action. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
