I ordered two gifts with the names supposed to be customized on the gift…this is why I chose to order from here. When my friend received the gift…the name was not on it. I also wrote to customer service and no response was given.

Not at all happy. I requested to have someone contact me either by email or by phone to discuss the order that was incorrectly filled and received nothing but a how’d we do ????

It’s been 2 months since I placed an order. And I have not received it!
Where is my order!

The shirts I ordered were absolutely beautiful and of good quality. They arrived well packaged and on time.

the wine tumbler turned out just as the pictured showed. Love it!
the only negative was I did not receive a confirmation number when the order was placed and was nervous the order did not go through.

They only sent half of my order and I tried reaching out and never got a response

The quality of the merchandise is great. The communication from the company is not.

Sent wrong size of shirt. Only way of contacting company is by email. Took several emails to be sent to them before they responded. Sent pictures of the error and then was sent to someone else, whos email is Jack Sparrow. Jack responds and i have gone back and forth with him about the error, over 10 emails with him. All i do is repeat myself over and over and don't get anywhere with them. Its been over 30 days now just trying to get a replacemt shirt or refund. And nothing. Worst customer service ever.

I returned my product. 10 minutes after my order was placed, I tried to contact them to change the wording on the photo. No answer, I had tried to contact them several times and received no answer. I returned the merchandise to the address that was listed and yet has received my refund. That was over a month ago. I will dispute with my bank.

Received the wrong poster. I sent two or three emails regarding the wrong poster. Never received an email back. I would never buy from you guys again.

The print was incorrect from the one I ordered. Tried contacting the company and was never to. Terrible experience on my purchase.

The bottle is cute but zero communication.
I had to file a PayPal claim to get it shipped.

My first order over $700.00CAD. Didn’t get the “10% off first time Oder” offer. I then only got 1/2 my order. They apparently sent it in 2 separate shipments but with only 1 tracking number which is odd. Also coincidentally, the most expensive items were never received. 6 emails sent requesting information but never received a reply. Coincidentally when I tried to call there’s no number on their website and when I reached out to the operator in Birmingham I was told there’s no business named PERSONAL84 at the address listed on the website. Too many coincidences. I think this business is a scam.

Absolutely horrible company. No customer service. Does not respond to emails. Never ships product. Had to get money back through PayPal 2 months after ordering and not receiving product.

My order was severely delayed, weeks past original promised date, and to be truthful, several attempts to reach the seller went unanswered and Stu’s not updated through the Shop app by seller.

I sent an email regarding the elongated bodies. I did not hear anything back.

I placed an order in late November for what was to be a Christmas gift, had not received any shipping advice by mid December so contacted your customer service email on 3 seperate occasions between then and Christmas. Not one email was enquiry was responded to and order arrived in January.

Horrible (completely absent) communication, product wasn't what was purchased, arrived way outside the shipping window shown. And they won't unsubscribe from their emails. Stay away.
