The Tumbler is very sturdy, and the picture detail is amazing. The shipping is very slow.

I placed an order in November 2022. I will always check on the status of my order. It would say that my order was out for delivery, returned, and delivered. I have emailed them multi times and no response from the company. I'm not able to get my money back for my order as of today (2/19/2023). Not happy at all.

I received the jacket I purchased and it was all wrong and too small. There was every branch put on it and I only ordered Marines it was a gift and it was very disappointing I couldn't even give it as a gift I've asked for a refund several times and still no answer from your people very bad experience. Bad customer service

Still yet to receive my order. Have tried contacting the company multiple times with no reply. Tracking number does not work either.

I’ve received multiple misprint items. I’ve emailed you several times to no response. My reviews for the products themselves don’t show up on the website. I’ve tried to contact you through your website. No response. I responded to emails you’ve sent me asking for my input. To no response. It’s like customer service doesn’t exist and there’s no way you guys check your products before sending them or else you wouldn’t be sending so many misprints.

After several emails about my shirt size still sent wrong size shirt.

Lack of communication and product arrived several weeks late.

Wrong order still waiting 5 weeks later to get a response on getting the right order first time I’ve had a problem but extremely slow in responding to emails

The 2 door matts I ordered came in a reasonable amount of time & are very nice, but for some reason received a e-mail today from Personal 84 saying they are preparing another matt that I didn't order and don't want. I just wasted time replying to this e-mail to make sure I do not get a 2nd unwanted matt. Before getting this e-mail today I would have rated 5 stars, but since I have had to go the bother of making sure I don't get another unwanted matt the same as the one I got, you now have a 3 star rating.

Ordering on line was easy. It was fun personalizing my shirts that I ordered.

Shirts are high quality and received my order as promised.

Palced second order , then paid, waited a month, then with no explanation order was cancelled.
Funds were returned but still paid a fee and didn't get order.
At least have the courtesy to provide an explanation?

First order placed was perfect and filled with no issues.

Dont use this website . After 2weeks of waiting , They emailed me that the item the i have order is out of stock and canceled my order and still haven't return my money. I will never shop and i suggest you too

No customer service. Issue with order and nobody responded versus multiple emails

I placed the order then when I went to check the tracking a few days later it said the order had been returned. I didn’t request it to be returned

My order was messed up. Tried to contact your company 3-4 times and no response. Terrible customer service.

Good quality shirt and the print was exactly like the picture. Sizing was great too!

Majority of the items that I ordered we nice and on time but there were some issues with other items and to this day I haven’t received one of the items that I ordered and there communication is not good I sent four different emails and never received a response back
