Getting through to a real person straightaway, Daryl, meant the world to me at a very low time. the signup form was simple and wearing the watch alarm has given me and the family peace of mind.

It was very simple to setup and to use. Kala was very pleasant to speak with on the phone.

Hopefully we’ll never have to use the device. Shipping was slow to Alaska, set up was very easy.

We purchased a SureSafe Family monitored device for my elderly mom based upon her needs and previous reviews. The device showed up promptly and seems to be a very solid built piece of equipment. Set up on the phone with Todd was a breeze as he walked me through complete activation in a matter if minutes. Our family will all feel netter knowing mom has this device with her when we are not with her. Thanks again Todd for your help.

so many alarms out there on the market , it took some time to narrow them down, but so very pleased with this company as right from the start they were so very very helpful with out being pushy. i am not that great when it comes to sorting things out on the computer so i e mailed and also rang the free phone number and i was treated well and they were all very helpful and sorted out my concerns. my husband preferred the watch and when it arrived it was so easy to sort out, its a huge relief having this service, would not be without it.

Everything from the web site, ordering, delivery, set up, support info and test call was really good. The instructions are easy to understand and the appropriateness of the guidance/answers to my questions was first class. Very impressed so far.

Received alarm and set it up. Rep was fantastic and knowledgeable.

The first thing that impressed me was the SureSafe Website.It had all the information I needed to make a decision to call and leave my number.

Daryl tried to call me back but my iPhone was switched to silent. So when I didn’t answer Daryl sent me a txt containing his direct line.

When we made contact he explained the procedure I needed to take and sent me an email containing a form to complete with details of my emergency contacts.

My Wristband was delivered by Royal Mail the following day and contained very clear instructions on how to set it up.

That afternoon I went out for my usual 2 mile walk feeling very safe and secure knowing I was being tracked and that I could call for help should I need it.

Dealt with Daryl Yates who was excellent. Explained everything thoroughly to my father.
My father had several falls and so he purchased a falls detector pendant. Last year. Christmas 2025 they stayed at a hotel in Kent. Mum had a bad fall in the hotel but they couldn’t get any response from the hotel staff. Dad activated his fall detector pendant and they automatically called an ambulance. Mum had fractured her hip. They have now purchased a second pendant so Mum has now her own.

The woman who helped me was patient, thorough and easy to communicate with. The setup went quickly. Everything so far is good.

Fast delivery, easy to get my family connected to my watch. Only moan i have is the strap, difficult to close strap, but i'v now got 1 of your magnetic straps which is so so much easier. I feel much more comfortable & safe having it on all the time.
