The charger style requires a specific attachment - not good if you are inclined to mislay things. A universal charger would make so much more sense?!
Finally ...dont decline in health or pass during involvement with this company if your payments are not in place or up to date. They hound with emails and registered mail to ensure they get their money.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the care given by this company. They call and help you through the set-up process with a beautiful British accent. 😍 My mother refused the device, at first, so I emailed that I needed to return it. I received two calls the next morning. 1. My mother changing her mind 2. Todd willing to help me with my return.
I was shocked they reached out so quickly. Fortunately, she is keeping the device as she has decided it is very nice. I am confident I will have no problem reaching help if any is needed in the future.

Ordering was straight forward I ordered an alarm watch for my mother. I spoke to one of customer services lady who was super helpful, patient, friendly to set up the new user info, tested the alarm with mum nd spoke to another lovely chap - so far so very good!

The family monitored wrist watch is a fantastic piece of kit, I have complete peace of mind now, as I can easily monitor activity and importantly battery life, I purchased 2 watches so I can prompt a change of watch and know my friend is safe at all times without having to physically be there to assist, as they have manual dexterity issues. Had tried other systems, but this one surpasses our expectations. The ease of online ordering, lovely choice of easy on watch straps which are so easy to change and finally the amazing helpful staff who went above and beyond to help, with knowledgeable advice.

I was concerned the product originated in the UK but there are no apparent issues. Needed a device to reach family before emergency services and the SureSafe seems to be just the product. Have not introduced it to the user yet. That will be the true test. Thank you.

Everything is as expected, except there is a voice which tells you if alarm is on or off, tells you the time and also periodically the charging status. My mother hates this voice interrupting her sleep when its charging and at times in the day she finds it embarrassing if she is with someone and the voice just cuts in.
This voice isn't mentioned in the advert or product information. There is no way of muting the voice.

I found the whole experience comfortable and satisfying. The ability t9 speak, in the same native language, directly to such a knowledgeable person was extremely helpful. The entire mprocess was explained very clearly and indeed proceded in the way promised.

Delivered quickly. However an important email was missed requiring myself to fill in a new customer form. Extremely fiddly to do for a 79 year old. My son located it and completed it. He sent it from his email and rang them to confirm they'd received it and to clarify it was for me.....roll onto today 10/3. I get another email saying they've not received the new customer info 🤦🏻.. it appears the left has no idea what the right is doing. I've yet to receive confirmation they've actually received it.....Be sure they quickly confirmed my direct debit set up and costs with dates of payment etc. Doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that in a serious situation things will be delt with fast and efficiently.
The watch itself is good although it needs charging daily which is odd to say it doesn't have a screen etc using up battery life. My son has commented that it seems to get confused sending him alerts saying I've left the house perimeter even though set streets away and I've not actually moved from my living room.
