I paid for the guide 1 hour ago and still no email. Also I ve been charged for the upgrade I didn’t need or want. There was no other buttons on the page after I purchased the guide. Just the one with an upgrade. So I figured it would transfer me to another page where I can pay or cancel and they charged me instead. Charged without asking for any confirmation. I texted their support. No reply. Now I have to block my card I guess 😒

Completely misleading in every way. Just a badly put together digital download that in no way matches the quiz and hidden extra charges. Currently in the process of disputing them.

This is the same as throwing your money away. I was a fool for falling for it, heed my warning and DON'T DO IT.

I can't open any of the "files" they sent. This is a total scam.
It is a waste of time and money.

Took the quiz after seeing it advertised on Facebook and haven’t received any updates or emails from them, and I also cannot find the link or the Facebook ad to ask for a refund.

Wish I’d seen this page before purchasing!

After following a link from Facebook and answering questions, received an (a few) e-mail(s) with a link to purchase which I duly completed via Pay Pal. I did not receive access to my guide (even after checking my spam). I mailed the address stated (and hyperlinked) on the website only to get a delivery failure notification that the address does not exist.
UPDATE: I subsequently received the link to the style guide, but the styles suggested do not suit me as I am a "column" by definition, but not slim, so all the suggestions to "add curves" just make me look like frumpy

I don’t even want to give it one star, total scam. I should’ve read reviews for buying this product not even product but just pictures. Not worth anyone’s money!!!! They won’t even refund for it, ridiculous and poor service. Shame on these company owners for scamming, you are just as bad as money hungry con artists!

It showed a charge of $1 but then I was charged $30 at the last minute. This is a scam and should be avoided. Unless you like paying $30 for 10 images of clothes that have little to nothing to do with your actual fashion.

I have to give them credit for effectively luring me into not only completion of the quiz but to pay $69 for the style guide, plus 29.99 for the capsule wardrobe and hair guide. Sadly, my kind words end there. After being charged, a page loaded with suggestions that seemed pretty basic. I navigated away from this page thinking I could gain access via the email receipt confirmation, only to find that there weren’t instructions on how to re-gain access. I’ve sent two emails that I’ve yet to hear back on and am about to put my purchase in dispute as I feel ripped off. This is not the way to conduct business.

Saw an ad for it on Instagram and thought I’d give the questionnaire a go. Reached the end and realised I needed to pay to see this so I decided to just leave it.
That was last night. I woke up this morning to 6 emails from them in my inbox.
Can’t say I’m surprised after seeing these reviews but this is 100% a scam. I’ve unsubscribed and blocked them now.

Understood I'd be paying each day for 30 days for the results of the style guide questionnaire. They were very prompt to take my $ but am still yet to receive the 'automated' style guide to my email - 8 hours after the payment had been taken. No immediate response from Support email address or Paypal query...feels like I got scammed.

Took the quiz and got an email saying to confirm my email and then they would sent results. Yeah no, I confirmed my email and I was sent to a “subscribed” page. Yeah I’m unsubscribing. Never got the results they said they’d sent from the quiz.

Horrible, horrible experience. In fact this website has ruined me for ever doing any online payments with my card in future. Took the quiz, which wasn't very detailed, but at the time I didn't know I needed to pay for it so I just rode along. At the end, they marketed a 0.99$ per day style guide to be sent to my email. I felt frustrated that I took an entire test without any result, so I figured they wanted us to pay at least for a day to get the basic results and then pay for a month 27.22$ to get the full details. I foolishly decided to try it out and put in my card details. At the very last payment part I noticed the two prices, but the 27.22$ showed "total". I was momentarily confused, but I thought, "no, I chose to pay the 0.99 so that's what will be charged. How wrong I was! They stole my money, for a service not even tried out or rendered yet and when I contacted support, they kept insisting it was a month that was meant. So why advertise 0.99$ per day if you only charge for a month? That is fraud. The Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions links never work, and only take you back to the quiz page, a sure sign of a fraudulent business. The support email's links for money back terms didn't work either. And they say no refunds! Fraud, fraud, fraud! Don't fall for their scam please, I did and I regret it terribly.

After I completed their style quiz and filled in my email for the quiz results, I got bombarded with their promotional emails. To be exact, I received 6 emails within 6 hours. That's one email every hour!! This is not marketing. It's a virtual predatory behavior, almost like harassment. I had no choice but to block the company. Aggressive marketing like this is no going to get you far.

(They never send you the quiz result by email, by the way. You have to pay for it. So don't fall for this trap!)

First of all, the hairstyle guide was very helpfull and the stars are for it.
For the main product, I feel there's a lot of issues with it.
1. I have a pear body shape. Bigger hips, smaller waist. So the guide tells me to wear bootcamp jeans, wide on the bottoms. In the picture shown the girl does not have a bigger hips and I know why. Because it looks awful on the pear shape. It makes the leg look like a tree log. So yeah,wery bad advice.
2. No option for longer-shorter dresses\skirts preference. I live in a place where showing up with a midi skirt will automaticly make you look religios. So another useless advise.
3. No question about the climat I live in. If I live most of the year in the sun and it's very hot, I just don't need all of the long sleeve\hot options for the everyday style.
4. Wrong assumtions: If I said that I like to be the centre of attention it does not translate that I go to the restaurant\theatre 45% of my time. I actually said that most of the week I wear casual\home clothes. And I go to college and to work, where I still want to be stylish, but not to have a party look.
5. Had a few pages talking about make up. I don't wear make up and there was no question about that at all. Shoud have asked and balance it out with acsessories.
6. When paying, the website says that there can be a refund if you don't find the guide usefull. After paying I found no information on that except them saying in the "policy" that there's no refund for a digital product.

For the most part I've just wasted my money. Should have known better

The UX needs to be better. Email them if you have issues with the payments /getting your guide.

It really opened my eyes to my body shape and why some styles simply don't look good on me, i.e my wide shoulders!

they helped out with any issues I had regarding my own mistakes in my quiz. I can’t wait to get started!
