I ordered a Mr plucky as a present for my daughter, the delivery company delivered it to a different address then the one stated. I emailed Koozeys who replied that the delivery companies action is out of their hands, and that it was up to me to resolve the issue with them. I gave them my money and my address, they failed to deliver it to me or send me a new product. I would buy from somewhere else if you can, they are
based in China so it will be hard to get a refund from them in court. They take your money and will not help you even if you don't receive the product.

Came out exactly as I had hoped. The recipient of the gift loved them.

I ordered full color koozies on the slim cans. At first, I was nervous about how the photo would look because it’s smaller. I received them and was blown away at how amazing it was. The picture quality was great on EVERY ONE. They are also very durable. I was surprised how thick they were. I couldn’t be happier especially with the price and fast shipping!!

The team was prompt and friendly. They worked with my budget and the product was perfect! I will use them again and have already recommended them to friends!

Great product! Easy to communicate with!!!

You can trust this company! I ordered 200 koozies for a work event specifying they had to be here by a certain date. They didn't arrive in time so the event they were bought for came and went. Even though I am sure it was the christmas shipping rush and the delivery method (I believe fedex) that were at fault, the company gave the koozies to me for half price. I am hoping another work event next year may make use of them. They looked great and dealing with the company on the design was delightful.

The Koozie’s I ordered turned out fantastic and they were exactly what I wanted. However, I had ordered 6 in total and even personally communicated over email exactly what I wanted and didn’t end up getting what I asked for. I had paid around $100 for 6 Koozie’s and I got 36 in the mail instead. I feel like if I really only got 6 I wouldn’t have paid so much money or gotten more Koozie’s than I needed. All in all the products are great, communication just needs to be better so people don’t lose as much money as I did.
