I don’t usually write reviews, but Catch-it Pest Control Ltd really deserve the praise. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first about the upfront payment, but it turned out to be absolutely justified — worth every penny.

Paul was outstanding. He went the extra mile to thoroughly inspect the property, found hidden entry points I never would’ve noticed, and sealed everything up properly. His attention to detail and professionalism were clear from the start.

Tony was also excellent — very clear in explaining the process, next steps, and what to expect. The communication was smooth and reassuring throughout.

It’s no surprise they’re considered one of the top pest control companies in London. They really delivered. Highly recommended.

Matt came round to help with an animal stuck in the chimney. It turned out to be a bird and Matt got it out and set him free. He cleared up, was friendly and helpful. Excellent service from calling in the morning to the best outcome.

Catch it Pest Control Customer Service is top tier. Matt assessed the area of concern at my flat and educated me on what to look out for. Every interaction with him was friendly, professional and he is very knowledgeable on his work. Great service - I contacted the company as we’ve had an issue with silverfish over the past year and others were not able to solve.

We were advised to go for the fumigation service and the person who came, Matt, was great in explaining where the issue stems from and how we can reduce the chances of it happening in future. He was on time, friendly, and very detailed in how he went about his job, also providing great input into choosing humidifiers that would help combat the insects going forward. I’d recommend to anyone needing pest control

Absolutely brilliant service both Matt and Tony were excellent operatives. Work was done efficiency with respect for my home, left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend the company.

Was very happy with the service provided. We had a Rat issue in our kitchen and my wife was very distressed as we have a new born baby. The guys came out and sorted the issue in no time. I can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend.

I stumbled across Catch It Pest Control's website on chance (perhaps by divine intervention), after battling clothes moths for over a year now. Despite me being out of their catchment area, Matt was unbelievably helpful in advising me the best way to tackle this ongoing infestation and he has genuinely improved my mental health knowing there is hope in fighting these pests! I can not thank the team at Catch It Pest Control for coming to our rescue on Monday night when we had a squirrel enjoying in my sons bed !!
Not your regular appointment I'm sure, however from the initial phone call with Fi who could have taken our call as a prank call , to Matt, and finally our saviour yesterday morning who dispatched our furry friend .. the empathy , efficient manner and sense of humour made a horrible experience bearable.

Tony was very pleasant to work with, so quick to respond and come to get rid of our wasps nest last month. The job was done quickly and cleanly and I would highly recommend.

DO NOT use Catch it Pest Control. Very very unsatisfied with the service they provided. I was told on my first visit they would be able to proof areas of my house but when it came to the third visit, I was told only 1 area could be proofed. I paid the full amount upfront for a partial service which I will not be receiving a refund for and now I am having to go with another company to complete the job. Do not make the same mistake of paying upfront until a service has been completed. I have now raised a dispute with my bank to hopefully retrieve the funds back to me.

Friendly and polite team! This is my 2nd time using Catch it pest control, the first time was for a wasp nest and this time was fro Rats in my house. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much much for them. Excellent service! Thank you!

Highly recommend Catch-it Pest Control. The team have been great from start to finish. The communication has been excellent and the team have been really friendly and flexible, working around me having to change plans last minute due to child sickness. Luke who carried out the treatment was incredibly reliable and thorough. Highly recommend

Luke was brilliant in diagnosing and fixing an issue where a mouse had somehow got into the space between the ceiling and floorboards. Catch-it are always great to deal with, they go the extra mile and are totally reliable and transparent to deal with.

Highly recommend this company. We had to call these guys out for our mouse squatters and they’ve been exceptional. From the initial call to the office through to Alan who visited the property. They’re professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Their communication was spot on as was their attention to detail. They worked out exactly where they were coming from and not only fixed that but also checked and fixed other potential areas too.
Great number to have in your back pocket if you ever need pest control. Thanks for getting rid of the squatters, flawless service.

I had rat issues at my home and they have identified exact spot and help to capture. Very good service

I was so grateful for this service. Matt came out within an hour and laid traps and explained everything he was doing to prevent the infestation to continue. He was profession and polite and even caught some during his visit. It's not the cheapest service for calling out someone so last minute but knowing that they'll come back to fill holes next week and I can call out any time over the next 3 months is brilliant and it makes it feel worth the cost.
