Bryn and the team were excellent. We had a pretty bad bed bug infestation and considered to move out of the property but after the 2nd treatment the problem was sorted. Very fast response, very good price, excellent communication. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Bryn and the team have been so helpful at helping get rid of rats in our house. Very friendly service, explaining all of the steps they are taking and giving realistic timelines for when we can expect them to be gone. They were even kind enough to get someone out the same day when we thought we had a dead rat in the house!

Mr. Davies was absolutely brilliant. Though there were no pest, he found where the awful smell was coming from. The basin of my fridge. He removed it and throughly cleaned it. Then left me with a very nice rose deodoriser.

This work was outside his remit. I Can only sing his praises for his excellent work and say what a very pleasant man.

I will have no hesitation in recommending him and your firm in the future.

Nick a well mannered chap with a good sense of humour. When he first visited he checked the area where the mice and rats conduct their activities and laid the bait. After leaving my property 5mins later the trap went off and my wife called Nick to return back. The rat set the trap but didn't catch it, however, it got caught on the nose and was bleeding and trying to hide but Nick was on to it and used his grabber to catch it and put it out of its misery. The expression on Nick's face was a satisfied look of joy and showed he loves his job. I would recommend anyone to this company. Thank you so much Nick and the team behind the scene.

The technician we had was Richard again he was brilliant he done 3 visits for cat fleas and gave me a guarantee, excellent service from start to finish. These guys are the best 🥳

All the people at Catch It were so helpful and friendly. Everything explained and all my questions answered fully. Advice given and instructions on what to do before they came sent to me on the day I rang them. The work that was carried out ... I could not fault. He explained everything that was going to be done and was extremely thorough.

The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze, Gary who I spoke to on the phone was fantastic so helpful and really understood the urgency of the matter and couldn't do more to try and get it moving as soon as possible. Darren who came out to the job was super helpful and made the whole experience super easy and stressless, reassuring he was always on hand if we would ever need anything!
